Worst hotel stay in 30 years I have spent far too many nights in hotels for business. This was the worst in over 30 years of travel. I stayed 11 nights due to a death in the family. During that time they made up my room less than half the time. No towels, no cleaning, no making the bed (I am not talking about clean sheets), removing dirty towels and cleaning the bathroom or replenishing the toiletries. They told me to put the dirty towels in the hallway, which I did, and they were still there in the morning. Most nights I had to go down and get towels or soap. I have had better service in hostels in Germany. On the last night, the Carbon Monoxide detector went off at 5:30 am. Based on the poor upkeep of the hotel I figured it was dead batteries so I reset it. Then it went off again at about 7:00 am. By this time I was feeling a bit ill and dizzy so I opened the window and used a dirty towel to block the door open. I went to the front desk to tell them and they said "OK". OK? I could have died.

Nice room Over all the rooms are fairly spacious. They have a living area along with the sleeping area a couple of different TVs Keurig Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was well done, especially enjoying the automatic pancake machine That it was a fairly standard hotel breakfast. They did not offer decaf coffee that would’ve been nice. Would definitely stay here again

Horrible place to stay Horrible!! Find another place!! Beds pillows smell like may have been slept in. I frebrezed. Clogged sink we had to spit toothpaste in the toilet. Get way from the tub slicker to rinse mouth. Toilet seat bad shape. You have to pull the flush handle up or toilet continues to run. Bathroom floor dirty in corners. Towel’s smell ed dirty. We were unpacked and tired so will tell the desk in the morning. We stayed here 2 & 3 yrs ago everything was great. Must be new owners Will never stay here again.

Stay here if you’re in the Maple Grove area!! Excellent property, very clean and staff were extremely courteous! I’m not sure why I haven’t booked this property to stay before …for the last 2 years we’ve jumped around from hotel to hotel every weekend (we live 4 hours from here) for our kids bball tournaments in the area trying to find the best bang for our buck…this is it, found it finally!! Hot tub, pool, outside meeting space, cleanliness is immaculate! And sooooo affordable for my family of 5 in one room!! Plus breakfast is included!

Worth every penny Absolutely amazing stay. I was greeted by Kennedi at the front desk. Her energy and passion made check-in a most welcome experience. She also checked on me when I was passing through the lobby, which was very nice. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. I couldn't ask for more. Will go again if ever in the neighborhood.
