Customer Excellent. Patty was excellent, good best hotel breakfast, and clean and comfortable rooms. Would highly recommend. Hope we have opportunity to stay there again. Loved the people working there. Please submit. Have no other words without sounding in sincere.

Wonderful stay! Exceptional Staff and Hotel! Great location, kind staff, and extremely clean hotel! Kim and Shamica were amazing and very welcoming and professional with making my stay wonderful! The pool was great and the restaurant located behind the pool was delightful! Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Keys area.

What took me so long to find this place?! Hands down THE best place I have stayed in all of the Keys! Very reasonable rate (which is very hard to find during mini season), great location, excellent amenities - we were able to bring our dog, the property had so many things to offer, and the staff. I cannot say enough about how AMAZING the staff is! Kimberly and Michael went above and beyond to help me put an anniversary surprise together for my husband in our room. I asked for some prosecco and six chocolate covered strawberries - we walked in to balloons, roses, chilled champagne in a color changing ice down carafe, and a dozen chocolate covered strawberries! Everyone was so welcoming, always greeted you with a smile and "hello". I worked as a manager for a Courtyard in Naples and wish I could have gotten my staff to appreciate customer service and the power of a smile and hello like the staff at this facility. We are already planning our next trip and will certainly be back. I can't recommend this hotel or staff strongly enough! Thank you for making a quick stay truly exceptional!

Exceptional Stay! My family scheduled a last minute getaway to the Keys and after a long trip, we finally got to the hotel and then our vacation began! All the way around the Fairfield delivered. Clean room, exceptional service from check-in to the housekeeping staff, etc. The pools are nice and the on-site restaurant has a fun atmosphere with great food. Convenient location for a ton of activities too. A great choice if you are heading the the Keys!

Great Hotel. Good location. Visiting from the DFW area in Texas. We stayed at The Fairfield Inn July 20-23, 2021. From the minute we walked in to the second we left. We had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Sheena, was so nice and accommodating. My daughter cut her ankle at the pool. Sheena brought us a band aid was so sympathetic. We didn’t need a whole lot, but every time we passed the front desk, they asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. They did not clean our room while we were there, but we didn’t need it. They are short staffed. We were perfectly happy calling the desk for them to bring us towels. No reason to have the room cleaned every day. Sheena, you are amazing. You deserve a raise!!!!!
