Docks are very unsafe, parking lot not good for trucks. The dock system is very unsafe if you plan on using them you might want to find a hotel with safer docks. I would not recommend if you drive a truck. Parking lot is one way in and out with a very small turn. A big truck is really hard in this parking lot. Tv so small you can’t see it from the beds. Room has shutters but they do not keep light out . Room was clean, bring own kitchen stuff. Office lady was very nice but closed after hours you can not reach anyone.

Look at photos of dock and parking before you book The room was clean, so was the pool. The lady in the office was nice. Office closes early then you can not get ahold of anyone. Parking is a nightmare don’t go if you drive a truck one way in , one way out, if someone is sticking out your stuck you get a very very small area to turn. . Don’t plan on using the dock it’s in such bad shape, I am surprised they are allowed to use it. Someone should turn them in to code enforcement very dangerous. Over all I would not recommend this hotel. If you like to watch TV I recommend you bring your own as the TV is too small to see from the beds. Oh and they are next to the Airport with planes flying directly overhead. Overall I would not recommend this hotel or will I ever stay here again.

Nice for taking the boat. Great location with good ramp. Fish cleaning table with ice machine to fill cooler. Room needs new mattress and bigger TV. The room comes with a 24 Inch Tv One mattress was sunk in the middle. Boat ramp is now $35 or $60 with dock each day. That used to be include with rooms rate last year. Manger could be more friendly never seems to be good mood in my serval stays here.

Needs TLC Unfortunately, they posted photos seem to have been taken quite some time ago. Once we arrived and began to look around, we noticed that things didn’t match exactly with the photos, especially around the pool and dock area. So just be aware those areas are a bit rundown and need some Caretaking. The parking is so do not bring large vehicles. Some of the parking is so close people have to make several attempts to turn the corners. The office was a basic old style office. The room we were staying in was A basic queen room. Some rooms appeared to be up top of certain areas and some rooms had patios screened in attached. The basic rooms that Expedia shows for 179 are the rooms that are just a room with a parking place. Don’t expect a balcony a seating area a patio view. The rooms themselves need some care as well. They are very basic and have just been painted over, what looks like the original build. The bed was broken on one side. The mattress was not very comfortable. The air is located where it blows directly on the headboard of the bed so it’s blown in your face all the time. The bathroom has no air in it so you have to open the window. The shower has absolutely no pressure and sometimes you have no hot water. There is no dresser. There is a place to hang some clothes. There is no restaurant or bar. The swimming pool area is falling apart. The pool was not very clean. There were at least 5 to 10 kids in the pool at any given time and yelling and throwing stuff and splashing and jumping. So just be aware it’s very family friendly. The Barr area was taken over would appear to be a family that was staying there and they played loud music and got very loud for hours. The pool deck has holes, etc. and the pool furniture is falling apart. Be careful when you sit in the chairs. The dock area is very basics, but there is no shelter except right beside a room and it feels uncomfortable to sit in that area right by their windows. The staff waved and said hello. For what we paid and due to the broken bed , lack of enough water pressure to rinse or take a hot shower, an inability to enjoy any of the outside areas, we would likely not stay there again.

Great place to stay in Marathon! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was perfect. Household staff, maintenance supervisor and office personnel were excellent! Every request was fulfilled. Happy to return in 2025. The leni is like having an extra room. Free coffee is served every morning as the manatees swim up to the dock. Magical!!
