Great hotel Great hotel. Wonderful sunset views. Very nice and helpful staff in the hotel and restaurant. Rooms clean and spacious. This is our four visit to this hotel in the last year and won’t be the last. Good location. The only thing is the parking $35.00 a day is expensive, unfortunately there is no where else to park around. Everything else is good.

What I'd expect Stayed here for a conference nearby. King partial ocean view with pull out sofa. Room was large as well as the shower. Surprised there was no microwave. Walls seemed thin as I could hear hall noise and next door room noise as if a door were open. Staff were friendly and welcoming for the most part. The pool and proximity to beach seemed decent. Bar and dinner were good but of course expect to pay hotel prices. Daily parking and resort fee $35 each) seemed high.

Great Stay! We had a great visit to this resort! They upgraded us to a two room suite and it was very updated and clean....very spacious! There was plenty of availability for chairs and umbrellas on the beach and at the pool each day. We will definitely consider staying at this property again!

Disappointing I don’t typically write reviews but felt this may help someone trying to make a decision on where to stay.… My sisters and I decided to do a weekend staycation trip to catch up and recharge. We stayed at the Hilton Marco Island Resort. And while overall we enjoyed our weekend together, I was disappointed with our stay and will probably not return. And truth be told opt for another hotel chain moving forward(JW Marriott is up the street). I’m a HH Gold member and assuming we received a few benefits as a result. The stay was expensive for what we experienced in my opinion. $1300 for 2 days and we predominantly ate off property. It’s definitely a family hotel so if you have kids this will be a good option. If you’re aiming for a romantic weekend or adulting/quiet time, this may not be a good option. Pros: Hotel aesthetics and location is nice. The room was spacious and ready an 1-2hr before check in time. The pool and beach staff were courteous and very helpful. Beachfront property makes it ideal to hop back and forth from Beach and Pool. You can walk across the street to a small plaza with restaurants and ice cream shop. Oyster Society was great! Cons: The room was a bit dirty (mainly dusty). Dust balls in certain areas and the phone had a layer of dust on it. Assuming the room may have not been used for a while? Housekeeping came the first day but didn’t make the beds or replenish Shampoo and Conditioner. My poor sister had to hop out of the shower when she noticed and we were told by the front desk to wait 20mins. I paid for an Oceanview room and our room’s view was essentially the building next to the hotel. If you slanted your body to the right while on the balcony you caught a glimpse of the beach. When I inquired about this I was told this is ocean view. The pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel. They do have A LOT of chaise lounges on the deck that make it crowded and a bit difficult to walk through and you constantly see people trying to find a place to sit. We saw many folks that weren’t actually staying at the hotel but seemed to be family visiting people staying at the hotel. Which I don’t necessarily mind but when you see 15 people arrive at the pool to “visit family” and they’re taking chaise lounges and moving actual guest’s belongings to use the hotel amenities… it ruins the atmosphere. I recognize that’s not the hotel’s fault. It’s inconsiderate people… but it leans into the overall experience. Lastly, I had arranged for us to have a check out time of 12pm so that we could sleep in on our last day. We were abruptly awakened at 8am by a hotel staff member opening our room door and walking in. Needless to say we got scared and jumped out of bed… At that point we just decided to pack up and leave.

Nice hotel - poor beach service Hotel is clean and nice but we came to this hotel for the beach and unfortunately the beach service was very poor. We were told we have beach service until 6pm but unfortunately they start collecting the umbrellas around 4pm and before 5:30 they are asking you to leaving the lounge chairs. In addition the crew working are all 14-15 yr old driving their tractors at speeds inappropriate for families walking around .
