Not very friendly. Horrible I had a difficult time checking in due to poor service at the hotel front desk. They were not very helpful and made it difficult to check in. Both the employee completing the registration and the Mgr on duty were unhelpful. I was unable to receive the service that I usually receive.

Not up to Ceasars standards Everything was sub par. To start with dinner was $180, to be expected for Ceasar’s but it was bland. Steak wasn’t seasoned, potato was not cooked and my old fashioned had so much ice in it could have called the drink a titanic! Then the room view… we got the pleasure of staring at a giant over flowing dumpster. To round it off the morning after stopped off at the Dunkin doughnuts inside the hotel and was met by a rude cashier. I drove an hour and a half to get here just to have that experience. Won’t happen twice.

Great room! Friendly staff! The staff including everyone were so friendly! The place was very clean! The pet room was wonderful! My walker is wide and it fit through all of the doors in the room! The bed was comfortable! The reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the loose resident dogs and the food! It is extremely hard when we have our dogs out on a leash then a pack of loose resident dogs approach! Security told us there is nothing they can do. Three out of the 5 restaurants did not have prices listed on the online menu. Also when we went to look at the Agave no prices were listed. I do not eat at places who don't let you know the prices in advance I had read reviews it was way overpriced and the food was not good. We ate at the Cooper Grill. Not good at all. The food choices definitely lack around there. That is a shame. It is the worse out of all of the Harrah's I have been to as far as food and payout of slots goes. The slots are tight and you do not hear bells ringing nor do you see a lot of attendants paying people!

Overall pleased. Clean..comfortable..liked that code green is being implemented to eliminate all those wasteful plastic shampoo bottles. Hope they get them filled. Not sure why I need to add more characters to my review. Feels like my high school English class..

Nice dog friendly rooms Hubby and I decided to go out for the night. We chose to stay the night at Harrahs. We chose a dog friendly room. I was so happy with the set up. The rooms have tile floors in case of an accident! There’s a back door that leads to a grassy area where you can walk your dog. Pool was right in front. Casino was not far. The room amenities were fine. A fridge, coffee maker, iron and board and a safe.
