Highly disappointed I really don't know where to start. Your daytime manager is rude and unhelpful. I brought our towels and wash clothes down to exchange out and half of what I was given to replace them was dirty. They still had hair in them. It didn't look like they had been washed at all. We're supposed to have a table in our room but there's not one. We asked the day we checked in (approximately 10 days ago) if we could get some sort of table or nightstand something that we could put our printer on so that we can do our work from the room. We still have not received one and there's been no communication as to when we may receive one. The free breakfast is a joke. You get coffee or tea, the only food there is is a muffin or a protein bar. There is instant oatmeal, but that's all. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone wanting a peaceful stay. The police have been out here three different times since we've been here. I'm totally disappointed and don't know if we will ever stay in another extended stay of America.

bait and switch be very careful booking here, they quote you one price and then add on 25% or more in taxes, fees, etc. even after I called guest relations they were unwilling to honor the quote they gave me on the phone, I've had trouble with them before adding on unbelievable fees for pets, etc., buyer beware and it's not nearly worth the money that they are charging for a room, many more affordable options nearby

Near Braves ball park, great experience The rooms were spacious, staff was very welcoming and had grab and go breakfast items. Coffee was always fresh, clean rooms, and the pillows were good. Had free wifi available, restaurants were a block away, and was able to cook a couple of times during mys stay. they provided all the dishes! Thanks so much!

Very Clean and Quiet Room has a kitchen, dishes provided upon requests. Very friendly staff, management was great, quiet, no pool but I can live without it. Highly recommend! Will come back and stay here at the next Braves game i attend. Really like the area, and near restarants.

Do not waste your money!! This place was so disappointing. The check-in staff were incredibly rude like they couldn’t be bothered. We got charged for 2 dogs instead of the 1 we had and had to dispute the charge because they “couldn’t” reverse it. Should be shut down!!
