Friendly and quality service. My sister and I stayed here this past weekend. From making the reservation to checking out we had a satisfying experience. The new owners have done a great job with updating and remodeling to the entire motel. Our room was comfortable. Will return again.

A New Gem Wow! Have the new owners come a long way. What used to be a rat hole is now a gem! Definitely worth a stay and so close to everything.

Total Transformation ABVI has sure come a long way. They are in the middle of a total renovation but what they have done is wonderful. New vinyl plank flooring, new vanities and sinks, a quaint breakfast area, and a really nice staff. From what was there a few years ago, this is a 100% transformation.

Worst Value Inn What a disappointing arrival after booking online. Checked in to the sound of loud unhappy customers who refused to stay here. We spent just over a week in the UP staying at a different place every night. This was our worst experience by far. The pool was down for painting. Fair enough. The room looked nothing like what was represented online. Old, smelly, and something resembling a horror movie setting. It was at the end of a weird hallway that was added on at some point. AC units were running in the hallway, and you had access to views of the interior of other rooms if they had their curtains open. We were only staying one night, and didn't want the hassle of getting a refund, so we decided to spend as much time in Marquette before returning to our room to sleep. The pillows were uncomfortable, and I woke with a pain running from my neck to my shoulder blade that is still troubling me. Their deluxe continental breakfast was basically cereal and breakfast bars. The coffee was warm at best. Over priced room with a kitchenette featuring a stovetop from the 50's. Not sure how this place is rated this high. This place needs updating badly. I hate to be so negative. On the plus side the staff I talked with were nice.

Great place to stay!!! Friendly service---clean rooms!!! Very accommodating.Had to book 5 rooms and the process was simple. Appreciate the follow up call as well.Everyone was very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the continental breakfast.
