One of the Best hotels in the area I've stayed at this property several times in my visits to Mason City over the years. Always a pleasure to stay here. Consistently clean, easy check in, safe, nice breakfast, kind, personable staff.

Love this hotel! My husband and I were both very pleased with the excellent work, the attention to detail, and a good eye for cleaning. Your team perfects knowing how to keep the customer happy! I truly appreciate the extra effort from the staff to make this a great experience for us. The name on the card was Clarissa and we got the pleasure of meeting her on the floor. Her caliber and quality of work is outstanding! She is excellent! Your team does such an amazing job! I recommend you to all my friends. We are extremely satisfied with our stay! Great stop! We drove 7 hrs to Mason City for picking up a machine for our farm & knew we would need a place to stay. This hotel was great!! It smelled fresh, so clean! The hallways were tidy. We unfortunately didn’t get around in time to have breakfast but I’m sure it was good as well. Whatever they use for cleaning, smelled wonderful. Walking into our room was fresh & nice & clean. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Bravo!! It’s hard to find clean hotels that go over & beyond.

Excellent experience We were in a large group of 49. They gave us a conference room to eat breakfast together in, and to gather in the evenings. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Silent closers on all the room doors was the best. No slamming room doors to wake you in the morning. That is First for me. All hotels should have that. The bedding was luxurious and comfy. Even the hotel breakfast was one of the best we've had. An all around wonderful stay.

Nice Hotel We checked in very late because we had driven 16 hours and were extremely tired. Check-in was easy and the hotel was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was the usual offered by IHG and was hot and delicious.
