Bad service at the front desk We stayed for 3 days and there were problems since we arrived. First, they told us our room was the 521, and when we went there it was occupied. So, they gave us the room 525. In the evening, front desk called us saying that our room was dirty and that we entered without permission even though they gave us the keys and the room service lady was just leaving the room when we got to the door. The next day at the front desk almost don’t let us enter to the pool and were kinda mean. The pool is not that great. The rooms are really comfortable, but the some people at the front desk are not that professional.

Not worth the money The room was a double king size bed room. It looked spotless with a view of the back parking lot and the ocean at a distance. Unfortunately, they only want to clean the rooms every 3 days due to Covid and I was fine with it. I did have to keep after the staff to change my towels every other day. The staff was friendly at first but changed during the weekend we were scheduled to check out when they filled up and Covid compliance had to be maintained. We had gotten so used to eating breakfast at pool side every morning that we forgot we needed to make reservations in advance to be at the pool. The morning we checked out, the other couple we were with spotted a cockroach on the door frame when she opened it to leave. It confirmed to me that I did smell pesticide the night before. Front desk denied using pesticides or having bug problems but would take care of it.

Great stay Great service, the work very fast! I didn’t take more than 10 minutes to check in. I highly recommend it ! The staff were so welcoming and polite! The room was so clean! And have a beautiful view......

Excellent I stay there for medical reasons. The staff treated us with kindness and respect. They have been extremely helpful and made us feel safe. Thanks to Ruben for all his help and kindness. Rooms are big and extremely clean. We are staying here again soon.

One Night Stay We stay here often when we are on this side of the island. Due to Covid-19 services are limited. Although the pool and casino was closed we enjoyed our stay. As usual the room was clean and the staff was excellent.I will return on my next trip to this area!
