One Night Stay...Never Again!!!! I booked my room directly on Extended Stay America website. Upon arrival at 3pm, there was no one at the counter to check people in...there were 2 gentlemen waiting when I walked into the establishment. A young man came to the desk and checked in the 1st gentleman. The second gentleman had issues because they couldn't find his other reservation. At the same time, Claudia comes in for her shift. She calls me over to start the check-in process. Claudia informs me that the elevator is out of service and they only have a room on the 3rd floor...which means we have to walk up 3 flights of steps!!! DISCLAIMER: There was no notice on ESA website stating the elevator was down!!! I would not have booked here because my sisters and I all have knee issues and can't handle climbing steps. But we took the room because all the other hotels in the area was sold out. She gave me the key and my sisters and I climbed 3 flights of stairs to find room 301 in the process of still being cleaned at 3:30pm. The housekeeper said 30 min more!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!! Why would Claudia send me to a room that was not ready? I called the front desk and they told me they dont have any more rooms and they can give me a refund. At this point, I am utterly disgusted and over this whole experience. My sisters and I stood in the hallway for 30 mins waiting for the room to be cleaned. As we waited, we saw a roach crawling on the wall. A second housekeeper came to help, which sped up the process, so I want to say Thank you to them because this mishap was not their fault. Upon entering the room, the room was cleaned but the room itself left a great deal to be desired: the appliances were old, the head of the bed would lift up if you sat down at the foot of the bed and and air conditioner was glitchy. This was a horrible experience and normally I would put the blame on the parent company for not putting a disclaimer about the elevator not working on the website but paired with uncaring, lackadaisical customer service from the front desk staff just made the experience even more horrifying. Side note: I would not recommend this hotel for solo female travelers or solo female travelers with children. There were groups of men hanging in the parking lot with coolers drinking, people going in the woods behind the hotel, the hallways are not well lit and entire hotel gives off a sketchy vibe.

Just sleep in your car. This place is trash. Me, my luggage, and everything I own smells like cigarette and weed. EVERY single time I left the room for 2 weeks I had to go to the front desk to get my room key to work. The useless potatoes at the front desk did jack to fix it. Breakfast and the coffee is trash. The elevator buttons are janky. You have to kick start that mfer to make it work. Room was okay. Everything is do your self from towels to bedding and trash. If this place is on your list to stay, scratch it off and just sleep under the 495.

Poor hotel. Running into the ground Not family friendly, smells like weed everywhere, heat in the room was so loud we couldn’t get decent sleep. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unless you want a motel party hotel. I was not happy being there and would never go back. Girl at the front desk was not friendly

A misleading name for this hotel Extended Stay...what does it mean to most people? That you are going to be there more than one night. The double room was clean and neat, but small with only two chairs at the table and one other upholstered chair. The kitchen had nothing in it. I don't mean it was under stocked, it had nothing! First and foremost no coffee pot or cups of any material (plastic, Styrofoam, ceramic) or coffee or coffee condiments. No dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glasses. Of course with no dishes, why would it need any dish cleaning paraphernalia (soap, sponge, towel, dish drain)? All is available if you request it. (I am still traumatized by the lack of coffee pot). The hotel is pet friendly for a fee, but please keep the dog out of the lobby. The pet walk area is clearly marked, but rimmed with yellow caution flags to avoid walking on to prevent contact with just sprayed pesticide. The employees were lackluster at best.

Will not return to this location Room decor is in desperate need of refurbishment. All of the furniture needs to be replaced. But the most disappointing part of my stay was the bed and the linens. The mattress was lumpy and the linens were threadbare and an ugly shade of faded white. These sheets should be used as rags and do not belong in the quest rooms. The three pretend pillows were tiny and flat. The basic kitchen amenities, plates, knives and fork should have been retired years ago. The skillet was heavily scratched and old. Housekeeping is only provided once every two weeks. In between you can remove the linens (rags) yourself and request a “clean” set. It’s All DIY. And to think you are being charged at the high end of hotel prices for subpar rooms. Can’t comment on the staff because I never saw one. The only interaction I had was with the front desk staff. When I needed information the front desk was empty and needed to call out for someone. Why? Because the front office staff is tasked with doing the guest room laundry which is in a space behind the front desk. The morning “grab and go” complementary breakfast consist of weak coffee, (milk not available), packaged oatmeal and small packaged pastries.
