Ugh! Hilton at its worst. Great area. Lobby inviting. Rooms not so much. We were threatened by another guest because of the color of our skin. We are white. Rooms smell and are outdated and lacking in furniture.

Thank you, Negassi We recently stayed at the Hilton, and we had breakfast there very morning. Negassi waited on our large family with lots of kids every morning, and took very good care of us. I wish he could have been our server for every meal while we were in New York.

Excellent Event Customer Service For my Dad's military memorial we had 3 events here. From the onset, Lisa was great in helping ease our minds about securing a reasonably priced room block during a time when the family was grieving. Brittney was fantastic about ensuring everything ran smoothly, especially at the Savoy Ballroom post funeral. AnneMarie, oversaw all our events and made sure to follow-through on being able to play custom music of my Dad's, and they provided us with a podium for us all to speak our remembrances. We also were able to reserve a portion of the bar for the night proceeding his service and arrange for food and bartenders at both large events, including them ordering a special tequila and having custom cocktails in his honor. My family and I are so grateful to have found kind folks to have helped us during such a difficult time. Additionally, several folks in our party, including myself, were able to check-in early and depart late to accommodate our cross-country flight schedules. I whole bundle of gratitude to all of them.

Overpriced and not accommodating Room was only cleaned 1x during our week stay and the cleaning lady cleaned it while we were trying to walk out the door. Did a horrible rush job and didn’t clean the bathroom. Gross during COVID. We had no shampoo, soap or towels bc of it either. Outdoor pool was filthy and freezing. Indoor pool a/c was blasting making it uncomfortable to sit there. Hot tub was freezing and filthy. No pool towels, had to walk around trying to find towels w 2 kids. A/C didn’t work right in the room. Dining staff was rude both times we went to breakfast at the hotel. Not a good experience from what one would except for the Hilton and how expensive it was.
