Wonderful! I love this hotel! It is awesome. It is so pretty & nice. The rooms & bathroom are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable, & you have a beautiful view of downtown Memphis & the river. There is also a beautiful rooftop pool & towels are provided for you. The hotel also offers a full complimentary hot breakfast. All the staff are really nice from the front desk to the staff at breakfast. I will stay here again.

Too far This hotel is way too far from Beale Street and all the attractions you want to see. There's not much in the area, even restaurants. You can easily take the street car down to Beale Street but it's better to stay someplace closer to downtown. Unless you get a super cheap rate, I'd stay someplace else.

Enjoyed Memphis, TN Nicest staff in a very friendly city! Leslie A., the front desk manager, was helpful from the moment we arrived. We saw her all four days of our stay and she always had the nicest smile and great information. Great location for Beale Street, hotel breakfast is ample and tasty. The staff at breakfast was also very attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel in good location Good location, friendly staff, reasonably priced parking, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great views of the bridge lights in the evening if you get a river facing room. Good breakfast selection, especially liked the blueberry waffles.

Lovely room just not the greatest of areas Beds are comfortable, air con is good , nice big room . Didn’t feel safe in the area at all , a lot of headbangers about which made us feel intimidated. Someone claiming to work on reception phoned my room to say they needed my details again as their comp system had crashed and lost all the hotels details of who was staying and wanted my bank details to give me a 40% refund . I didn’t give any details and phoned reception back , there was no male there and the ladies had no idea what or who it was . Has left me feeling afraid
