Nov stay No microwave in the room is the only complaint I have with the hotel. Other than that it was a satisfying experience. Also, our room was next to a loading dock or area that between the hours of 4 and 6 a.m. there was a lot of unloading, back up alarms and truck noise.

Disappointed in service. Cons: The hotel ran out of towels and wash clothes between Tuesday and Friday morning. I wasn’t supplied with any fresh towels for the remainder of my trip which was Tuesday to Tuesday. I had to go out and purchase my own. The shower faucet was backwards so I ended up taking a cold shower the first night. Maintenance came the next day because it was still cold. He determined it was backwards. Pros- the rooms were spacious. The hotel is in a great location. Staff was friendly because I’m a friendly person and didn’t make rude demands. Disappointed due to paying so much for my stay yet not receiving service of using this space.

Great stay, very caring, helpful staff Very impressed with this hotel, visiting for Scotland, 3 nights here and a few issues with our room on arrival however the staff quickly sorted things by moving us into another room. Very comfortable bed, separate lounge area, very clean and very caring staff. My friend had a dizzy spell in the lift when a member of staff was in it and she helped us and rang later on to check my friend was ok, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, exceptional service. Great location for Beales Street and near to the Peabody Hotel (great to see the Duck Parade) I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Stay at Hu Hotel I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hu Hotel. The Housekeeper Manager, Ebony, was very helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant. Yasmin at the bar was very nice as well. If you're looking for a nice hotel in a nice area, then this is it. We will definitely be back again.

Wrongly charged and ignored We had a good 2 day stay, however I was incorrectly charged for parking. And now the hotel have gone silent, ignoring all my Emails. Will certainly not be staying again Its disappointing as it spoilt my experience. They just will not reply. i dont know why
