Kudos to XAI Xai at the front desk is beyond amazing . She is friendly , kind professional and goes above and beyond to be helpful . She is an asset . She does everything with a smile on her face , The hotel is nice And clean . The bistro food is pretty good . Perfect hotel for my work trips .

Clean and comfortable I stayed a week with with a fellow staffer as we were setting up a large tent for a Revival and a couple days to attend. We were 500 miles from home and wanted a comfortable hotel. This fit the bill. Probably the best choice from what was available. We had a refrigerator but no microwave!. We were across from the utility storage, and I saw they had several staked in there. O well. Only would have used it for popcorn. I initially booked for one night and decided to stay for the duration. When I inquired, I was informed that Friday was booked full. Later, they called with a cancellation and booked us for the week. Sure beat moving!

Good staff, we couldn't get in our room! We where not going to stop but we where tired,once we got to the hotel was very clean _ front desk worker was very nice we got to our room our Door didn't work 2 times! They send us Daisy she was very nice to us!! helped us right away she brought us extra towels our room didn't had any, very clean room though!quiet place! Pool was closed that was okay understand why covid regulations!

Worst Courtyard All the details I wish I knew before I booked: No coffee makers, microwaves, ice buckets, or a way to make hot water for tea in the rooms. They have a selection of frozen food (good luck!) and an overpriced bistro. Rooms are small but comfortable. Pool is closed due to covid. The room *above* us kept us up all night from footsteps and loud music on all night. Called the desk but nothing was done about it. Regretted stopping here, should have kept driving.

Ask for Xay at the Courtyard Merced! I have traveled to Merced for the past 6 months for work and the Courtyard Merced has become the regular place I stay, solely because the hotel staff is wonderful. In particular, Xay! She is so friendly and helpful. She truly went above and beyond to help me with a billing issue. Although it was a confusing issue, Xay went out of her way to contact them multiple times until the issue was resolved. She truly is a model of customer service and because of people like her, I will stay no where else when I travel to this area. Thank you, Xay!
