Not A Good Experience At All! NOT GOOD! I’m a travel agent and This place was really terrible. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst. They don’t clean your room but every 3 days and when you ask for towels (Bc you only get 2) they are not nice about it. The fridge and microwave were not clean and very worn. The closet doors were hanging on my a thread. The lamp beside the bed had open wires hanging down. The tub wouldn’t drain. The jacuzzi tub was filthy! Hand leftover water in it. Carpet throughout was dirty and stained. Drywall tape was peeling off the walls. The drawers for your clothes wouldn’t stay shut. Dirt behind the toilet. Mold around the bathtub. The breakfast bar was not good at all. Don’t be deceived in thinking you’re gonna have a meal. For 2 nights we paid $386_ Trying to save someone else from wasting their money.

Do not stay here!! Walked into a half clean room. The thermostat was hanging off the wall. When we called about it they came and duck taped it to the wall. Went downstairs to ask for additional towels because there was only 2 sets of towels for a family of 4 and no one was at the desk. I waited for about 10 minutes and finally someone came to the desk. It is in a good location but the hotel is pretty run down. I will never stay here again.

Satisfactory stay, good breakfast and family friendly place! Great place to stay in with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and hot breakfast all in one place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Quick service. Good location with convinience to shop around. The manager was helpful in giving us a quick guide to tour Chicago. Affordable pricing!

Great Hotel for all!!! Very Clean and Quiet!!! Great Location and Excellent Customer Service Hot breakfast to top it off, with more than fair value. I have stayed at hotels that charge me much more just for a room to sleep. The management works hands on and assures guests are taken care off. I choose this place for all of my stays in the area. So close to Chicago downtown with free parking!!!!
