Terrible! I rented a room for a homeless family member so she had a safe place for the night (I am 1500 miles away). I wanted to pay the deposit on my CC since she obviously had no money and they wouldn't let me. (It wasn't readily available on the website that there even WAS a deposit required, but thats another issue!) I cancelled the reservation within 10 MINUTES of making it and they would not give me a refund, even after Booking.com spoke with them too.

DO NOT STAY HERE. ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT OF $150 Absolutely horrible place to stay. Isn't in a safe neighborhood and is not even cleaned.Stay away from here. People who work here a extremely rude.The room has no coffee maker, alarm clock, fridge 9t microwave.

Horrible This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel, OYO Mesa, AZ the place is a dump, although branded and a decent nationwide hotel chain this place does not live up to expectations, beyond that the hotel had no hot water, I spoke with the front desk 4 different times throughout the night and they guaranteed me they had someone coming out to repair their hot water heater, eventually I gave up and went to bed, hoping their would be hot water in the morning, there was not, I once again spoke with the front desk and my other guest had to leave for work and did not even get to shower, the front desk after all that offered me another room for an hour, only I explained my other guest was at work and that we stayed there for the sole purpose to take showers and they did not care the gentelmen working was very rude and told me he would do nothing for me and asked me to leave, I will never again stay at a OYO hotel.

Worst service and stay of my life! DONT STAY HERE! Bad location. Rude front desk employee and cleaning lady never came. Even after asking specifically that she remove the hair in my shower. Low class clientele and staff. Miserable! Not safe.

The worse hotel ever Customer service here sucks. the men upfront are mean. One of the men told me if me if i keep challenging him he will keep keep my whole 150$ deposit. The room was not comfortable people yelling and it's cheap yes but remember what you're mama told you, you get what you pay for.
