Usually a nice fun stay! The rooms are acceptable, but some of the areas of the bathroom or dirty and unkept. The carpet need to be replaced. I always wear my shower clogs. The beds are fine and the pillows are great The Chinese food in the café is terrible but the other items served are pretty good for the price The staff seems great and the bartenders are generous and fun to talk to The pool is great. It’s big and usually very clean. Kathryn’s restaurant is a treat. They have some very high-quality items on the menu and the food is tasty and unique. I wish they would improve the television and reception. It’s terrible. All in all the experiences just fine. It’s not fantastic and it’s not poor. It’s average I would say.

Run-down and Unhappy We were here in late June 2024: peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, tub took over 30 minutes to drain, beer bottle left in drawer, Bible was literally stuck to the drawer and you couldn’t walk barefoot because the floor left your feet black. Tried to eat twice at the cafe diner but is was horrible Chinese food. I informed the front desk woman upon check out and she wrote a couple notes without looking up. Obviously she heard it before and expressed ZERO emotions; I know this wasn’t the first time room 4049 was mentioned. Super Gross. Katherine’s was fabulous. Casapoolza was a fun show.

Disappointing! We were on a golf group week. Our bathtub was filthy and would not drain properly. Other guests said the same.the TV was barely watchable. After housekeeping, the bathtub was not cleaned and the rug was not vacuumed. The pool is beautiful. Katherine’s Steakhouse is Wonderful

you have taken the fun out of the place We have been going to Casa Blanca for many many year. We would make it a family trip with the kids because the pool was very nice. The slide they have is small enough for young children and large enough for adults to go down. This year they would not allow any type of chair or toy that had air in them. We are an older couple and would bring a chair that we could sit in the pool and have our drink. we both came back with back aches from sitting on the side of the pool. The hot tub was only open one day out of 5. This was the second time we came to casa Blanca . The first time the threw us out of the hot tub because they said it was hazardous. The life guards said it was bad chemicals this time which is about the same thing as last time. Get a professional to fix that . Can't be that hard. The cafe had items taken off of the menu that we really enjoyed. One of them was Steak and asparagus omelet with bearnaise sauce. It was unique and you could not find it in any restaurants. . Old style slots are being replaced with new kids amusement game types . Come on Casa Blanca . It is like Covid all over again. Not all change is good change. Can live with everything else but the pool toys being taken away that is going too far for no reason that I can see. Everyone I talked to was not happy. If some of the toys were too big make size limits. Was a good customer. Would like to see some adjustments to the pool regulations. Thank you

Casablanca Never Again My husband and I went to Mesquite to celebrate his birthday. We stayed at the Casablanca and truly regret that decision. The bathroom in our room had clogged drains in the tub and the sink. We were standing in water in the shower! I reported this problem to the front desk and I was told that maintenance would take care of it. Maintenance never came. Housekeeping did a terrible job of cleaning our room each day. The Casablanca needs to step up. We will never go back there.
