Never again The breakfast was the skimpiest and worse ever. One waffle machine, dry cereal, a broken juice machine, and 4 slices of wheat bread with nothing to put on the bread. And the staff couldn't understand that it was unacceptable. The room was tolerable but very worn, old and colors were mismatched. It did appear clean, but I did kill 4 roaches. Location was bad. The hotel was very hard to find.

Overall very pleased The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was given extra bedding for the couch bed. Room was clean besides a little issue. Really enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the pool both days we were there. A/C worked great and kept the room nice and cool. Defiantly will be back.

Horrible stay Horrible customer service online I used 75$ worth of points on my stay, front clerk charged me full price and told me my money will be return 2-5 days it’s been 2 weeks, and breakfast only had waffles and stale cereal . Also paid for the hot tub suite wasn’t working at all

SureDump by Worst Western DUMP ALERT!! Do not stay here. This property is a pit and, even worse, a dirty pit. Our room A/C had a condensation line leak soaking the carpet in front of it. My wife went down to breakfast and said it was disgusting. She was starving and made a waffle. But, there were NO FORKS available. Unreal. She skipped the syrup and ate them with her hands. Ownership obviously just wants to wring as much money as they can out of this rat trap. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Needs to be brought up to standard accommodations I had to change rooms 4 times for a 1 night stay! The equipment in the room was not working, damaged or just missing!
