vehicles are NOT safe at this place! they stole my father's truck after arrival and people in this hotel didn't help at all, blind parent and sibling with an ancle hurt and mom left immobilized they took all belonging medication needed for my dad ugh this was so frustrating. and manager hiding from cops what else can I say? I'm so disappointed from this hotel we literally traveled to get my parents and take them medicine then bring them back home with empty hands so sad!!

Travel Agent I own my own travel agency and have visited hotels all over the world. My experience here was one of the best….. Rosalina at the front desk paid attention to detail….she was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely stay here again Rochelle G Houma, La.

BEDBUGS Stayed here last night, 10/28/21. It was on my way home to Houston, should've kept driving. Stayed in rm 407 and got chewed up by BEDBUGS!!!! Done with IHG! I've been a Spire Elite Member for many years, this is the third time. I'll never stay in another one. Called and spoke to Jason who said he'd tell the GM and I could expect a call "tomorrow"...tomorrow. Guess he couldn't be bothered to call this evening.

Rudest experience The lady at the front desk (Sonya)was really rude to me talked to me like I didn't matter.The tv was not working when I got in my room something she could of told me while I was checking in i called down to ask her was it just my Tv.She replied you're not the only one.So I asked is it just my floor?..THRE IS A POWER OUTAGE SIR!!Ok ma'am u don't half to be rude is your supervisor here She said no another couple said she was rude to the husband as well..freeway is so loud, nice room but I will not be back

Yearly get away. Each year my Cousin have taken a 3 day get away just to visit and catch up on life and family. Our rooms were very clean. The property is well maintained and the staff was always helpful and friendly. This being said, I must give an X shout out to Krista; she is a "gem" filled with information on the local community, where to dine; which day of the week local restaurants are open/closed. Krista is just an exceptionally friendly and warm person willing to help out with any questions that were asked of her. My cousin and I will be returning to this venue next year. If you want a lazy days of Summer or early Fall with beautiful weather., this is a nice getaway. There is not a lot to do in Mesquite, but it is a good half way point between Las Vegas and St. George, Utah.
