Inconsiderate hotel staff Was given a smoking room with no non smoking options available even though a non smoking room was booked. I understand that rooms aren’t guaranteed however it’s due to asthma and when I told them why they didn’t care and were very inconsiderate and borderline rude. Won’t be back and don’t recommend. Go to Vegas and don’t waste your time here. You’re not wanted by the staff.

Good place Enjoyed the visit. Employees are nice, rooms good and food at restaurant was very good. I play slots a lot and thought their hit frequency was good. I’m leaving with money. If I was in the area, wouldn’t hesitate to come back. I liked the place.... Good job staff! Thanks

Pathetic Service Diamond Plus member. Reserved King, Non-smoking room. Drove 6 hrs for a 3 night stay. All non-smoking king rooms taken. Of course, I received the pathetic excuse "you know the room types are not guaranteed". I'm sure their reservation system doesn't over extend room type bookings which only leaves one result. A front desk employee gave my room to someone that checked in before me, who didn't have a n/s king reserved. Maybe a friend, a local or a good bribe. Of course I asked if I could change my room the next day. Denied. A last chance opportunity for the night manager to provide exemplary customer service, and satisfy a customer by correcting their mistake. My take. El Dud-rado or whatever the parent company is now can take their lame excuse for their properties business policies and put it you know where. Me, I'll never return. I expect better especially after being a long time dedicated customer of the Caesar's program. Maybe it's time to trial the Mlife properties and see how their treatment is towards dedicated customers. They could just do the bare minimum and surpass El Dud-rado. And here's my TRs number 11000139236. Don't mind outing myself because I really take offense when subjected to such pathetic, inconsiderate and uncompassionate behavior to correct and rectify a poorly managed mistake on their part.

Wow has this changed! We have stayed at this hotel, except for the last 2 years, several time on our way back from Florida. One year because they were flooded by the Ohio and another because they were not taking room reservations. We noticed that over the years, services were being eliminated, but still the rooms were good and the main restaurant was worth dining in. This year we were able to get a room and game at the same time. My wife and I were happy that things were back! Not so fast. Upon arrival, the circle drive to drop off our luggage was blocked off. In order to check in, we had to park in general parking and lug our luggage up steps. Parking was fairly full so we were about 3 rows back. No accommodations for hotel stays. Check in was OK, but in the room .... no coffee. They said that they would send it up and if we needed more than 2 cups to call for more. 2 hours after check in we still haven't seen the first arrival. I think next year we will book the Baymont next door, I think they will appreciate us more.

Nice room but only so-so casino We recently spent two nights here. We had not been there in quite some time. The rooms are still nice and no problems there. The casino is quite small and with several machines closed due to Covid-distancing, not really much to play on. Cant drink any more either-which was a huge let down for us as we like to sip and play. Cant bring any beverages into the casino either from the room, etc. Wasnt crazy about having to show drivers license just to enter the place either. Machines were tight. Overall, not a very fun trip at all.
