Great job The room and bed were clean. The staff was friendly Juan was especially helpful and did a great job.___tho the mattress was kind of old. Would definitely go again... Within walking distance of the beach. I love how close it is to everything

Lovely Time In Miami Beach I was in Miami Beach for work. The hotel was quaint and had a lovely inner courtyard and fountain. Cute art! The morning staff were always very pleasant, but Emanuel was the staff that I had the most interactions with. He was extremely attentive and lovely to talk and interact with. If there was anything we needed, he would go out of his way to make it happen. Highly recommend the hotel after our interactions with such a wonderful person.

Exceptional Stay with Emanuel's Customer Service I booked this hotel due to its close proximity to Miami Beach and checked in late at night for almost a week. I was immediately welcomed by Emanuel's excellent customer service. He went above and beyond while advising us about the check-in process and explaining all the details we needed to know about the hotel. Unlike other hotel workers who might just roll their eyes at customers, Emanuel showed us patience and always had a smile on his face, perfectly matching the vibrant energy of the city. He always dressed professionally and maintained a friendly demeanor, adding to the positive experience. The room service was incredibly convenient, arriving promptly in the morning and adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Emanuel's dedication to ensuring our satisfaction truly stood out and made our experience memorable. Great stay Nice simple room right on the strip for our weekend stay. The host Emanuel accommodated our every need. We were worried that the room wouldn't be cool enough because you can't change the thermostat yourself but we were able to ask Emanuel and he came through!

Aqua Hotel I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with some of my friends. This hotel is perfect for a short get away and features a close walk to many restaurants and attractions in South Beach. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and allowed many accommodations throughout our stay. Emmanuel was by far the nicest employee we ran into allowing us to store our bags after checkout due to a late flight. We were also able to check in early the day we arrived and were met with kindness and hospitality. I would 100% book through this hotel again and would recommend it to friends or family planning to travel to the area.
