Carrillon Spa Natalie at the front desk of the spa is one of a kind! She is so kind and took the time to explain to my friends and I how the spa works, the cost, different amenities and was very accommodating to us. She is lovely and made our experience there a 10/10! The spa was amazing, we enjoyed everything it had to offer from different steam rooms, saunas, massages, and even the pool! The food was good also by the pool cabana! I would recommend to anyone!

Nice facilities and staff but slow breakfast Hotel suite and accommodations were nice and clean. We really enjoyed our room, the spa, and the facilities. The location is great as it is beach front. There is a stop for the trolley right nearby. It is right across from a publix so its easy to get items for the room. Breakfast food was decent, however breakfast service was very slow. Many times waiters were standing around while we couldn't even order water or drinks. And then it took a long time to get our breakfast order taken.

Family Stay at Carillon Miami Beach - Mixed Experience Overall, our family stay at the Carillon Miami Beach was pleasant, with high marks for cleanliness, location, and room size. However, the rooms could use some updating, especially considering the price, which seems more fitting for a 4-star than a 5-star rating. The major downside of our stay was the disastrous breakfast service. For an entire week, the restaurant staff failed to serve us properly and appeared uninterested in their duties. After a few days, they even started serving us late on purpose, likely thinking we were difficult customers, even though their service was poor from the start. For a rate of €1000 per night per room, we expected a much better breakfast experience. In summary, while the setting and rooms are satisfactory, the breakfast service is truly abysmal.

MIGHT go back The rooms were amazing. Great pool and pool service. Beach was beautiful. Great service at the beach as well. Spa was wonderful. Massage was perfect. The food was not good. Lack of choices on the very limited menu. The food was outrageously expensive. Might go back. But will never eat there again.

Wellness for all Went for a 60th birthday to reset, workout and detox. Had an amazing day time. Took Thais’s aqua cycle revolution, a class I’d never taken before. I’ve taken lots of spin classes but Thais made this class fun and challenging. I highly recommend any of her classes. We worked out in the mornings and did spa treatments in the afternoon. Some conventional treatments and some alternative treatments. The only complaint was a reflexology treatment that wasn’t more than a poor foot massage.
