Not too bad. It's what you would expect being in the very old part of South Beach. Loud music in your lobby but fun and cute rooms a little old and outdated but not too bad. The staff was very nice though. It unfortunately does not give you pool access. Nice Vibe overall though

Horrible experience I would just like to say this has been the worse hotel/airbnb experience of my life. The service was horrible, the business aspect was very unprofessional. The rooms were unsealed, dirty, small, old-fashioned, and out of code. Workers and management are very unreasonable. First night of getting to the hotel we had a 3 hour delay when returning from the beach with all of our personal belongings locked inside of the room, requested to speak to the manager, there was no manager on site. I was told the following day there was nothing that could be done about our room door being broke, wasn’t offer any accommodations from the manager for the inconvenience of our room not being operational. So we packed all of our things and proceeded to leave, before we were able to leave we were stopped by the same manager that told us there weren’t any other rooms to offer us another room so we didn’t leave. We gave them a second chance and within the same day we ordered room service waited for over a hour for a PEPPERONI PIZZA never received it. So I would just like to say this ruined my whole trip and my whole Miami experience.

Terrible service Waited for over 3 hrs for a room I kept being told a room would be ready in 20 mins over and over then I finally got a room very very very small, old ect and had bugs _ as well they put a 100 incidental hold on my card and I’m just seeing today. They charge me $22.80 for absolutely nothing. I tried calling multiple times to resolve whatever they put $22.80 on my account for and I can’t even get an answer. Stay far away from this place.

Not recommended I had a torid experience. We were incorrectly charged towards mini bar charges which we had not used - no information was also shared and was directly deducted from the 100 USD deposit, without any proof of the consumption. Very uncooperative staff. Would not recommend this hotel.

Good Option for a Stay in Miami Beach I have stayed at this hotel a few times, with my last visit in August 2023. This time, I got a room in the main building, which I preferred over the additional building. My previous experience in the additional building was disappointing due to the noise, and my room being on the first floor had very little natural daylight. I had to keep the curtains closed to protect my privacy since people could easily see through the window. My recent room in the main building was on the second floor. Although the elevator in the main building is old, tiny, and super slow, I found it easier to take the stairs. The room looked good and was well taken care of, very clean. Its size was suitable for one person. The most outdated feature was the TV, which definitely needs to be replaced with a modern, larger version. The king bed was comfortable. I liked that the closet was a separate little room right next to the door. The bathroom, though tiny, looked very nice and was clearly remodeled. The bathroom amenities were of an okay quality, I didn’t like much their scent. Overall, I like the hotel. It has a great location, just one street away from the beach, in the heart of South Beach. The hotel staff was always nice and friendly to me. I paid $80 for my last room through a deal on the Hotel Tonight app, which I found very reasonable for the hotel’s quality. Occasionally, you can find this hotel even cheaper, depending on the season in Miami. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Miami.
