East or west beds are the best I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Top notch customer service Staff was amazing- from checkin with Alex to beach service with Jorge and Marcus. For my first time at a Loews hotel. The entire staff is fantastic, welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. Way to go Lowe’s! We will be back again. Kudos well done.

Paula kind person! Short and nice stay, familiar and essential, good choice! _ Paula such a nice person, I'll get back if passing here! Few meters from the beach, many good restaurants just around the corner, good location for your stay in Miami Beach for all seasons!

Friendly and welcoming hotel Th staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Paula was very friendly and really added to the experience of staying at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was very refreshing with plenty of towels supplied. The location was ideal.

Customer Service Very Good The host was very friendly at the reception of the hotel. Great location, nearby the Lincoln Rd and Ocean Dr. Bed not very comfortable and corridor between the rooms were very smelly. But for the price charged I honestly think totally did worth it.
