Excellent views! Milka was a fantastic waitress at the adult pool. Her recommendation to have green tea shots to combat the heat was perfect. She had a great smile and incredible energy. I recommend the ocean view room. The views are worth it. I’m very picky about hotel rooms, and I highly approve of this place.

Bday Weekend at the Roc! Beautiful Classic Hotel on the ocean situated in the heart of Miami Beach! Great staff and lots of fun amenities and activities to do around the property. I’d like to thank Michael in the front desk for the nice room and perks! My bellmen Martin T. and Brandon were excellent and took good care of me while I was there. Poolside & beachside was great too! Had chairs on the ready at all times and my boy Miguel kept my glass full! Got plenty of exercise too riding bike along the awesome bike path in the back. And In the gym, I got a great yoga stretch from the master, Angel. Thanks team for an awesome bday weekend!

Always A Great Place to spend A Relaxing Weekend. We usually stay at this hotel once a year, usually for my son's birthday. This past weekend, we had 5 rooms at both Eden Roc (2) and Nobu (3) (separate review for Nobu). Hands down, the staff at these two resorts knows how to take care of their guests. From the moment we arrived, Sebastian at Valet welcomed us and made sure that our bags were taken care of. Agustin took our luggage and handled our items with care. Super easy to check-in with Fernanda. She went above and beyond to find us an additional room at the last minute. We called Saturday evening about a damaged railing on the outside of our poolside loft and at that time the engineering dept came out and repaired the railing with no hesitation, thanks to Monte's quick response. At the Pool Cabanas Salvador and Cristina took care of us on two separate days, along with their wait staff. Excellent service. A question came up about my bill and Angena and Twilla made sure to help me verify a charge to my account from the Beach Outlet. There was a lot more staff that we had interactions with, but unfortunately, I could not remember everyone's name. It is always a pleasure spending time at the Eden Roc. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again.

I highly recommend it We stayed 6 nights with family and it was a great experience. The manager Fernanda was very attentive and helped us with everything. Great location, delicious food and drinks by the pool, bicycles available to ride on the shore, beach service with a beautiful sea in front of the hotel. DJ by the pool with excellent music, very good gym too. Only compliments.
