Mid-Beach Hotel with trolley access Hotel is ideally located mid Beach and very short walk to Miami Trolley stop at 17th St & Washington Ave. Not beachfront. However, beach access is convenient (via 17th St or Sagamore Hotel). 3 bikes accessible for use. Rooftop pool is nice and clean. Single Queen Room is clean but can be a bit small with no space for seating. Nice addition with robes and slippers for in room use. I would not select the breakfast included package next time. Ordering is from the same, limited menu each day of stay. One of the days they didn’t have bagels which is one of two options. Hotel entrance to check-in lobby is a bit confusing. One entry is behind restaurant host stand (Dolce Italian) and another entry is behind valet stand (“Regent Hotel”). Front desk and restaurant staff is responsive and friendly.

Not worth the cost, even with a deal Pros: -rooftop pool is great -relatively good sized room Cons: -nightclub directly below rooms pumping loud music all night -terrible cleaning service - was never complete by late afternoon any day we stayed making prep for dinner etc difficult. Cleaning was poor with pillowcases that smelled like dirty hair on our check in day, and a dirty headboard covered in a mystery goo - and daily begging for towels and our room to be cleaned before dark -restaurant has no breakfast as of 11 so “brunch” is just the lunch menu -open concept bathroom makes it a difficult stay for a family with an older child - would not recommend for anyone with an older kid

A very pleasant stay. Heated pool on rooftop is great! A very good experience at Gale South Beach. Hotel is conveniently located. Rooms are clean. Room service was fine. People at the reception are nice and friendly. Valet parking was fine too. Rooftop pool is great and heated. Restaurant at property is a bit deceptive and overpriced. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Review for hotel This is a wonderful hotel to stay. Priscila is very wonderful and helpful, and the receptionists are very friendly. I enjoyed my stay here. The room is clean and nice, and there is a nice restaurant here. This hotel is near the beach and a nice place to have a vacation.

Very good experience, travelling for business Gret and Ignacio we're always super helpful, and made everything easier. Actually all the personnel was very friendly. The pool at the top was amazing too, and so was the food and location, very close to the beach, shops, and grocery stores.
