Horrible. The room you book is not the room you get Horrible. Booked a king partial veiw ocean balcony. The room I was put in had no balcony as it was ground level. Phone doesn't work. All the toiletries are empty. No 2 hour bike rental or reusable water bottles like the website says are included. I was told they are booked so I can not have the right room. No offer to give me a rate for a room with no view or balcony. The bathrooms have dumb pocket doors so every time someone in another room shuts their pocket bathroom door it's an incredibly loud boom. This hotel is horrible. So many choices. Stay somewhere else.

Avoid Staff are rude and greeting if your lucky to get one is that of not service but rather opposite. They are doing you a favour in letting you stay here! It’s a joke from Valet to Concierge who couldn’t speak English to reception who just didn’t care. Recommending them is not high on list and the views to room are all poor terrible quality…. It reeks of Travelodge but even that might be offensive to Travelodge

Do not recommend Do not recommend. Very expensive. Not managed well. Beware of misleading drink specials at pool bar. Pool area has potential but was dirty and full of ants. Beach was dirty. Construction site next door very noisy. Also spent a lot of time waiting on elevators. Not much to do in surrounding area so you are held hostage to the high prices on the property.

Never again Poor service and next door neighbor to a construction site. We were 5 people but only 4 beds were made up. Third time we asked, they came by with blankets so we could make it ourselves. Nice view from the balcony, but useless as the noise from the construction site made it impossible to have a conversation.

Several issues during our stay First of all, there was a construction going on throughout our whole stay, which were extremely. One of the elevators were out of service for almost a week, which meant that it could easily take 10-15 minutes to get down to the reception. Besides that, the valet is mostly run by kids, so you have to wait 15-20 minutes for your car on top of the 10-15 minutes that it takes to get down. This resulted in us being late for cinema for which we lost our ticket and a baseball match. The only positive thing was the room and the view. Stay away from this place.
