Comfortable boutique hotel Quirky boutique hotel with charm. Very convenient location to walk over to South Beach (approx a minute away) and neighbouring restaurants. Cute toiletries provided - Urban Jungle body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Laura on reception was particularly cheerful, efficient and helpful. Lavazza coffee provided in the room. Have marked at four stars because the toilet was incredibly low and was difficult to use - a grab bar would be useful. However, the comforts of our stay far outweighed this inconvenience and we would happily return.

STAFF AND TEAM (RICARDO, HERMAN & ATA) I came in miami as a tourist from Paris France with my family and am currently still in the middle of my stay and so far it has been so great, the rooms are perfection when it comes to comfortability, the food and restaurant services are also really efficient but what I won’t forget is the hotel reception team. They all are so professional and efficacius and are even kind and showing interest which is quite rare at this scale in hotel lobbys, honorable mention for Ricardo always so available and respectful, not even mentioning the 3 languages he speaks, as well as Herman, always helpful and so polite from the first time I entered, Ata has also been so kind and valuable . They are all always ready, smiling and so presentable which isn’t even a primarily necessary criteria but concieves a really comfy environement. So far it has been so pleasant to enjoy my trip amongst this team I had to write it down to encourage future vacationers to not hesitate to choose the Victor hotel as a housing for their journey. Thank you victor hotel.

Great Stay in the heart of Miami Such a great hotel ! We got upgraded (+40$) by the adorable and fun Laura and Aylin in one of the nicest rooms with ocean view and balcony who also greeted us with champagne to celebrate our recent engagement. Manual also (lobby boy) was beyond helpful and kind. The room was really furnished with taste and the pool area is great,

Five stars Jeffrey Atacab was very nice during my trip, he advice me well and stay in touch to know I enjoy my holidays. The place is elegant and clean, I'll be back for sure ! Everything is near the beach, bars and restaurants !! Thanks for the welcoming :)

Great Jeffrey welcomed us very well and he was adorable during our short stay. Thank you very much, we'll come back for sure! All the staff were very kind, we keep a great memory! The hotel is really ideally located next to any beach, bar, restaurants!
