Leslie Hotel Ocean Drive

Great front desk staff We had a wonderful stay at Leslie Hotel, thanks to the incredibly attentive and helpful front desk staff. AJ, Edin, and John went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our visit. We experienced some noise issues from a family staying above us, but the team quickly offered multiple solutions to accommodate us and made sure our stay remained amazing. Their dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out. Thank you, AJ, Edin, and John—we truly appreciate all you did for us!

Amazing Loved everything about this hotel. Location is second to none, directly across from the stunning beach. Staff so helpful and friendly especially I the lady that checked us in. Towels and brolley provided for the beach which was really useful. Room was clean, comfortable and plenty of space for 3 of us with 3 suitcases. Roof top pool was excellent at the end of the day with towels provided and excellent views. Ate in the restaurant on 4th July which was a great place for people watching and the food and cocktails were very good, expensive but for that location it was worth it. Would definitely recommend and would love to return one day. Since returning home we discovered my daughter left a cuddly toy in room and the hotel have confirmed they have it and happy to keep hold of until I can get it picked up, great customer service.

Don't let your first impressions fool you The rooms were quite nice, but ours had the aircon of the next building almost opposite the window. It was loud. However, despite my concerns, this didn't prevent me sleeping. The cafe/restaurant out the front is run by the neighbouring hotel, for us breakfast was included and you get a token (at reception) which entitles you to a slimmed down version of the menu. When told this and then looking at the menu I was a little dubious. However the breakfast was excellent to be fair. The pastry basket was plentiful and I had bacon and eggs (any eggs apparently, so I ordered poached which were excellent) Overall, at every turn at this hotel, my first impression was disappointment, but in reality, this was an excellent hotel which great staff. Joyhn (I think is the spelling) was a great hotel porter - always helping and smiling. I had a good chat with the receptionist who was from Argentina about Argentian footballers. All staff were friendly. The hotel is in a superb location and there's a lot of night life. No time did we feel unsafe. The beach is across the road and you can borrow beach chairs and parasol from the reception (for free) The pool is on the roof, and seemed quite most of the time. My daughter can be boisterous playing with pool toys but this wasn't a problem as rarely anyone else there. The pool is warm and there is a hot tub too. We had our last meal in the restaurant out front and it was probably the best meal we had all holiday (not the usual USA burgers etc) Would definitely stay again!

Amazing It was the best experience ever especially thanks to Omar he is a very professional person and knows about customer service and customer care thanks to him we had a great time.The question is do I recommend it yes I do recommend it .I will be back soon

To noise for the family! It is nice hotel for max 2 days!Avoid weekends because they have festivals or something similar so if you are family and don’t like too much noise this is not hotel for you!Beach is just cross the road that is handy,but Miami Beach is not that big so I am sure that you can find more quiet hotel!Hotel is okay,rooms are ok ,bed is too soft for my liking,nice touch with complimentary coffee and towels are clean and soft!Hotel provides beach towels,chairs and sun umbrella which you can’t used because of the wind!We had breakfast included but is little bit unfair!!There is breakfast menu but on doesn’t include nice breakfast!They have little sections for hotel guests (menu) and is average!I hade fruit salad and yogurts but half of fruit was soggy!Cheap juices ,I did like fresh cold water !So would I recommend this hotel ,for party people yes,for family no!Rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything!Children crying,people snoring,talking…Would I come back,unfortunately not!
