Thank you Kayla for a great experience!! We stayed at Loews Miami August 2024 and had an amazing time! The hotel is nice and clean and the service is exceptional! I want to particularly thank Kayla who checked us in and was able to make our stay even more enjoyable! She was so wonderful to me and my family and it made our trip an even more enjoyable experience. Thank you, Kayla!!!

The worst service ever ! Complete jobs worth . Computer says no . Do not waste your money ! Everything is $$$$$$ from an umbrella with your sun bed to milk with your coffee . No not come here. I feel sorry for the handful of decent staff . Stayed with 9 people ganging in age from 16 - 90 . Do not stay here !

I’d keep looking…. Overhyped , glamorized hotel under the guise of being a 4 star. It’s not. Like putting lipstick on a pig. Lots of glossy, bling-y rouge lipstick so it definitely hoodwinks you into thinking it’s something special especially with all the over wrought cologne being pumped into the lobby. Ughh. The adjacent hotel is a joke calling it their “ historical “ version as to get away with why the rooms were dirty, carpets were stained and the shower floor walls had decades of unsightly calcium deposits everywhere. preservation of “Art Deco” is one thing but, unkept dingy rooms are not. After we complained that the room is not put to par for what we paid considering again, a 4 star hotel, the very kind manager moved up into the actual Loews building . Better? Yes but not by much higher margin. For me , it was way too overcrowded even in the off season, imagine what it looks like during the on season . Every pool chair and umbrella were taken so unless you were there at 7 am, you were out of luck. It’s the “ full it to capacity “ motto but to the expense of the customers resort fee amenities. We will not be going back. The reason for the two stars is because the staff was overall very welcoming and pleasant and the breakfast buffet and Nautilus restaurant were pretty good considering how the other parts of the hotel were way below average.

A Great Birthday Experience !! Finally just got back from the Loews Hotel in Miami - after 2 flights were canceled by Delta & we extended our stay by 4 more nights. The Hotel was very accommodating each time we had to check back in & we were so appreciative. The service was excellent & the food & drinks were delicious all throughout the Hotel. I must now single out a few of the amazing people that helped our stay even better ! Shane - the Pool Bartender was both friendly and warm & made us feel extra special. Randy - the Pool & Beach Server was outstanding. JeanLuc - the Pool Manager was excellent as well. In addition, Tommy - the Bartender at Bar Collins & his amazing Espresso Martinis were the Best ! Thank you for making this a great Birthday experience- we are already planning to come back very soon!
