Worse Hotel Ever I can to this hotel to celebrate my friend birthday and when I got there I was not ready and they didn’t have any more Classic King. They gave our room to someone else and they didn’t do anything about it. Staff and management was very disrespectful.

Real city hotel wth easy access to beach Last stop on roadrip through florida. Nice city hotel with own Pool, garden and from the garden you walk on straight to the beach. Possibilty to park one block away which is verry convenient with easy access and unlimited Come and go as you please. Construction works taking place next door. For us no problem as all demolition works were complete. But now it will need to be rebuilt. Good service upon arrival, room not ready yet but lugguage storage available. Only one comment: realy bad odour in the bathroom. It seemed as if somebody had been smoking there. But smell came back every day. Last day it was so strong it became a stench.

Anniversary trip made better with the staff at this GREAT establishment Me & my wife went for our 2nd wedding anniversary and the staff, the hotel and everything was GREAT. The manager at the front desk upgraded our room since the one we booked wasn’t ready and they really took GREAT care of us. Kudos to Claudio at the bar he was always pleasant and very attentive and delightful to me & my wife. Our flight was cancelled due to weather and Carmen at the front desk was more then helpful in allowing us to extend our checkout on that day till the manager was able to see if he can arrange some accommodations for us. We will definitely stay here again & again. Thank you to all the staff and personnel. We were overwhelmed with your gratitude.

Nice and affordable hotel. I will stay there again. The front part of the hotel looks outdated. Then I got a little nervous when I saw that some of the windows have AC Units. But once I walked into the lobby it was beautiful in there. I love the decor of the lobby. The front desk staff and Gabriel who helped us with our bags were very friendly. The room and bathroom were clean. I wish they had a wider full-length mirror. The acholic drinks that were serve in the backyard area were water down. Now Alberto Guiterrez the pool attendant was awesome. His customer service was top tier towards everyone. He kept the pool area clean and was always checking to see if someone needed anything. He was very attentive to everyone needs. I'll give him a 10 out of 10.

Two thumbs down Hotel appeared to be updated within the last ten years but shower water took 10 mins to warm up, vinyl flooring was damaged and I killed two cockroaches. Street and hallway noise was very loud. There should be a pet policy as someone’s little dog was left alone barking for hours.
