Not a great experience There was no parking or luggage storage, which, sure I should have read and realized. We found parking across the street, not a huge deal. Worse was that the room was located above a bar that played awful loud booming music past 1:00 am in the morning when we had to get up early to make our morning flight. Their wifi was out and the front desk refused to provide us with the password. Instead they insisted on entering the password into my device, which I could then go and view the password, so a completely useless piece of "security". Their TVs had horrible reception or were broken. I'm not sure if one of the TVs were broken or if the reception was that bad. but skin tones were so washed out and white that they appeared as blank holes in the picture. The picture was staticky and some channels had no sound. Could the stay have been worse? Yeah, it could have been worse. Was it a good stay? No, I would not recommend this location.

Very Positive, helpful staff The unit was old and the TV's were very grainy but overall it was a Good value for the money. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and actually replaced one of the TV's in the unit since I couldn't get the remote to work. I felt the location was excellent as well.

The least accommodating booking department we have ever seen The least accommodating booking department we have ever seen. They are only interested in making money using the fine prints in the booking. Whether you have an infant, exceptional circumstances to want to change slightly the booking, they just don't care

These are not 4 stars international stars!! They do not store luggage if you arrive early/ have a late flight, the fixtures and fittings in the room were so dated they bare no resemblance to the pictures. There were gaps in the flooring either from poor workmanship or the fact that there were significant differentiations in the floor levels. To top off an uncomfortable stay there was a massive cockroach sharing our room. Avoid!

The WORST Hotel Experience I’ve ever had!! The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The day we arrived (Oct. 8th) the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The countertops and stove in the kitchen had not been cleaned. As we continued to get settled into the room we hear the air conditioned come on. OMG!! The air-conditioning unit in the room was so loud it sounded like an industrial engine in a factory. It woke us up every night so needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. To add insult to injury, while trying to sleep I felt something on my head. Thinking it was a roach I jumped up and turned on the lights only to realize it was the “pleather” headboard that was peeling and falling on my head. The worst part about it all was the lack of response from the hotel staff including the Manager, Jose Pita. I immediately addressed my concerns with the front desk clerk the night we arrived and asked for another room as this room was not satisfactory at all. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that she couldn’t help me and that I would need to speak with someone in the morning. I waited until the following morning to address my concerns with the next person on duty. That young lady (Ruth) was the only pleasant person at the hotel. She stated she would have someone check out the AC unit in our room and if it couldn’t be repaired she would move us to another room. I explained we would be out the entire day and would return around 5pm that afternoon which she replied, “no problem”. As we returned from our day of exploring Miami I approached the young lady at the desk (her name was Hynah) to inform her of the conversation I had with Ruth and she proceeds to tell me that they would not be moving our room as Ruth had stated. She said “All the AC units sound like that”. When I asked to speak to the Manager she told me he wasn’t there so I asked for his email address. I sent the Manager (Jose Pita) a lengthy email detailing my experience in an effort to see if he could resolve the issues at hand for a paying customer. I never received a response from Mr. Pita. As someone who is a Corporate Exec in the hospitality industry and stays at hotels 150+ nights a year across the gulf south region this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If I could give this a ZERO I would. I am going to make sure I let all of my colleagues and contacts know never to stay at this hotel EVER!!
