10/10 We came to have a drink at the bar for fun, we had a condo right next to the hotel but in the end we came back every day for Nathalie she is really magnetic. The food is excellent, we loved our vacation in Miami. thank you very much ________

Nathalie is the best Nathalie is the best of the best. Why else would I be at the lobby bar? Love her. Her energy is amazing. The drinks were perfect. Looking forward to the next travel in Miami and see her again. Thank you Nathalie and Mondrian. _________

Experience is everything This Hotel is Amazing I love it.. Room is beautiful I will be booking this hotel again when I come back to visit the mini bar is wonderful and snacks the bathroom is my favorite of the room with the walk in shower and View is amazing on the 15th floor

Stay far away! Upon check in I was greeted by Mauricio that gave false information and made my experience horrible as I was delayed checking in hours after arriving. He kept a "superior" demeanor and kept emphasizing his role as "FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR". Which I felt was very demeaning to the other staff members that were trying to assist. In a way of intimidation for the front desk staff not to override the complications and issues that he was trying his best to give me. However, Edares, quickly came to the front desk to assist with our check in- that Mauricio came back to and reversed all transactions so we couldn't check in. We ended up staying at another hotel. If you're ever in Miami Beach, please run far away from staff members that have to throw their title. It shows a lack of professionalism and most likely will result in a traumatic experience. This is not the vacation I planned on while visiting Miami. Mondrian, your hotel lost funds because of poor professionalism and non-assisting attitude. There were very issues that were not taken into accountability by the staff and was very distasteful! Retrain the "supervisors" and promote the FD agent with the more pleasant attitude and empathy! Kudos to you EDARES!

Beautiful Views at the Mondrian Absolutely AMAZING hotel and service. Santiago was the one to greet us and handle all of our needs. He was fantastic! Definitely recommend the Mondrian for your next Miami stay and if you do, definitely see Santiago, he will take the best care of you and your family/friends!
