Solid Choice in South Beach I did a lot of research and decided to book at Nassau Suites for many reasons: 1. Large, new suite rooms with mini fridge and safe 2. Location: walking distance to restaurants and one block to the beach 3. Free use of large beach umbrellas, towels, and beach chairs 4. Breakfast package: included a lovely selection of juice, coffee, pastries, entree, at the cafe. 5. Rooftop outdoor pool, which was never crowded. I could always secure a lounge chair. Rooftop bar available. 6. A good price value for the South Beach area 7. Clean: cleaning staff was excellent We did not rent a car. We took Uber everywhere, which was convenient. We visited Viscaya Museum and Gardens, Miami Beach Botanical.Gardens, took salsa lessons at Mango Tropical Club, visited Wynward Murals Garden, and dined at Versailles Restaurant near Little Havana. We spent a couple of days at the fantastic beach, one block from hotel and swam daily at the pool. We enjoyed happy hour on Ocean Drive and the Cuban restaurant around the corner. We met a lot of friendly guests from Europe at this hotel. I would return to this hotel for the location, breakfast and nice rooms. Staff were all very helpful, too.

Highly recommend _ Highly recommend this small hotel! Super clean, quiet and comfortable bed. Staff was very professional and friendly. Remodeled/upgraded. Loved it _ The front desk was very nice specially after coming from a bad situation at the Z Ocean Hotel aka Ocean Front.

Very convenient hotel Cute convenient hotel with kitchenette. Close to the beach.. very small pool but not a problem given the beach is so close. Lots of restaurants nearby and Walgreens is a few steps away! Service is good and friendly. Feels comfortable and will recommend!

Terrible customer service My experience at this hotel was terrible. They checked me in had me sign and pay my contract and right after inform me that the AC in my room did not work and they had a bed for me available at a "nearby" hotel. They gave me a room that was a significant downgrade without informing me ahead of time and before signing the contract! Unacceptable. I tried to speak with the manager Daniel, but he was not there. The hotel they booked me was a 15 minute walk. They did not even have the decency to book an Uber to help haul the luggage. I later found out the room they put me in was 20% cheaper than their suite. They have not refunded me yet and I've been trying to get a hold of the manager for two weeks and he hasn't returned my call. Beware of this place. Terrible customer service.

One of the best hotels in Miami Beach An incredible hotel, with a wonderful and very attentive reception, they helped us check in in an effective way and placed us in an accessible and affordable parking lot. The rooms are very well designed, they smell very good and the cleanliness is impeccable. Kevin is great at his job as a Pool Attendant and Bartender. He always treats you with a super friendly vibe and provides top-notch service. Not only does he make sure you're well taken care of, but he also makes you feel like you're on cloud nine. He's a rock star who always adds positivity to the place! Plus, he goes the extra mile by gifting guests a memorable photograph to cherish their experience. The food is very good and has a variety of ingredients that make it unique, Roberto from the blue Lavender very attentive and always attended us with a big smile. Honestly, a great experience.
