President Hotel

Amazing Location! Friendly staff! It was a truly exceptional experience. The hotel’s location is fantastic, offering great convenience. The room was clean, and the staff were both friendly and extremely helpful. I arrived a bit earlier than expected, and they kindly accommodated an early check-in. The other guests staying at the hotel were also pleasant and considerate. I look forward to returning in the future.

Area great Great location but customer service so bad .. they still have my pre authorisation deposit $150 2 weeks and counting, won’t answer emails .. other hotels I stayed in the area took 2 days to arrive in the bank .. absolute shocking to hold onto my money for this time .. yes officially can take up to a month but like I said , other hotels in the area paid it back within 2 days … and don’t blame the bank u won’t even answer my email I keep resending everyday

Good location Decent Hotel, Helpful staff. Staff very helpful, especially Mikael on reception, allowed early check-in, stored luggage, breakfast decent although line feels a bit school dinners. Small rooftop pool. There is a daily resort fee which was included with our original price but important to check if it is or isn't , excellent location, short walk from beach. Room okay although smallest bathroom ever. bed a bit too soft.

Scam from employe who call a cab for you BECAREFUL My parents stayed at this hotel. Old but okay. Location is Good . Please becareful one of the employee (the rest are nice and kind ) i can definitely identify him usually help with suitcases ask my dad if he need a cab and call him a cab we gave him 10$ to help with suitcases and he gave the 10 $ bills to the driver !!! We told him that's was his tips my dad saw the transaction and told him the money went really fast from hand to hand quick transfer the car was a black chevrolet suburban He told him was 55 when they arrived at the airport the driver argue and ask 125$ they end up paying 85 and was really scared. Because I live here i went to the hotel the same day late afternoon and explain what's happen to the supervisor he was rude and unprofessional and loud his voice trying to impress me. . We have record of the credit card and called them and have pictures of the car I also went to the police station!!!! The night before they have a power shut down. No light no AC door were unlocked and last few hours they did not refund that night....they serve food only for breakfast. Just becareful and be aware when they try to call you for a cab you better go with Uber or a taxi please becarefu !!!

Excellent Hotel and Staff We stayed at the President Hotel the night before our cruise (10/11) and the night after our cruise (10/20). The hotel has a really cool vibe and exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean, stylishly furnished, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good as were the happy hour drinks. Loved the location! Just a block or two to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Henry (at the front desk) was super friendly, professional, and very helpful! He made us feel very welcome and seemed genuinely interested in how we were enjoying our stay! We loved Henry! And, Kevon! On our first night, the elevator was out of order and our room was on the 4th floor...ugh! Kevon helped us get all our luggage upstairs, with a smiling and friendly attitude. He also helped us with our transportation. We enjoyed our stay at the President Hotel and would highly recommend it to others enjoying time in South Beach!
