Great Stay and Good Food as Always Stayed there on night before a cruise. Have done it now 4 times. The hotel is nicely located, nice beach, friendly staff and good food. I especially love that they have a meal plan.

A pleasant stay Everything was fine except I found food in a drawer in the room from previous guests and when I reported it at the front desk no one apologized to me and it took a day to clean it.

Family vacation Trip was good hotel good but the desk manager that helps you get cars was rude and an ass. That was the only part of the trip we didn’t like when he got a 2 cars for 12 people and luggage that was small and he was rude and wouldn’t help to accommodate us.

The RIU saved the day… I was scheduled to go to Jamaica and stay at eh RIU Reggae, but hurricane beryl had other plans. Diverted to Miami, came to the RIU! First time in a non-all inclusive location. But the team and staff made it well worth it!

Mixed Feelings Good altogether. Food was very good. Unacceptable: - to have no water in the room (deluxe) - one of the days of our 4 day stay. The problem was fixed comparatively quickly. - majority of the personal is Spanish speaking only.
