My Husband's 50 Birthday Celebration!! I must say this Hotel was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! We planned our stay here for my Husband's 50 Birthday and needless to say we was not disappointed!!!!! The staff was EXCELLENT!!!! Eden assisted me since January with my husband's birthday dinner event on the hotel grounds !!! Eden was thorough responded to emails timely and answered any questions I had throughout the process .. when Eden went on vacation she had me work with Bianca !! and OMG !!! Bianca was AMAZING !!!!! She assisted me with EVERYTHING I needed !!!! She ALWAYS made sure that we were taken care of !!! She treated us like Royalty !!!!! Bianca has a beautiful personality, and she is a beautiful person on the outside!!!!! I will DEFINITELY return back to that hotel !!!!! And anyone looking to plan an event or family vacation definitely should stay there !!!!! I cannot wait to return to this awesome place !!

Great beach service Justin, the beach attendant, was the most responsive and attentive young professional we've had the pleasure of doing business with. Our area was set up very quickly. The short storm was dealt was professionally. We enjoyed superior service. We look forward to seeing Justin in future elevated in this company.

Justin and wilis Justin and Willis were doing amazing at the beach!!!! They met all our needs and kept checking up on us like a good host should! They made sure our experience was beyond everything!! I’m telling you my dad doesn’t go to the beach for anything but with this service he felt more than welcome to stay then anything!!! Thank you so much!!! Last time we were here jessica was doing amazing as well!!

Sagamore Hotel Oh my GOSH!!! Jessica working as the beach bar person is the most amazing worker ever. Working in the heat making sure we were comfortable it was amazing. 10000/10 stars for her we loved it here just because of her! She definitely deserves a raise i’ll tell ya that.

Great Staff and Exemplary Service I had the quite the experience visiting the Sagamore hotel this weekend. The initial room I was given at check in was not up to the standard I expected when I booked this establishment. Luis at the front desk was polite and professional however, he wasn’t able to accommodate me in resolving the matter. I escalated the issue and had the pleasure of working with Melvin L. Despite my complaints Melvin was cool and calm the entire time. Not only did he go out of his way to meet my expectations he actually surpassed them! (That is very hard to do) Melvin went all out and made sure the experience at the sagamore was one the BEST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD dealing with guest services in Miami. Although there were some challenges since the hotel was not operating at full staff thanks to Melvin it was barely noticed. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The STAFF is what truly makes this place a gem! Melvin, Luis, Delroy, Andre, Wally and Bianca are stars in the service industry. If you encounter any of these representatives during you stay consider yourself in good hands! Everyone is great here. Melvin L is my favorite! As long as he is employed by the Sagamore my family and I will definitely be back!
