Exceeded my expectations l I had an amazing stay here! Everything exceeded my expectations. The luxurious vibe of the hotel was evident from the moment I arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially those at the pool area. The hotel wasn't crowded, which I appreciated, making it easy to relax and enjoy my surroundings. The beach was picturesque and perfect for photos. My room was chic, clean, and beautifully designed, and I was delighted to receive an upgrade to an ocean view. The food was outstanding, adding to the overall fantastic experience. It truly felt like a 5-star hotel, im surprised it’s only 4 stars. This trip was incredibly fun and memorable, and I can't wait to return!

Solo Traveler for business and relaxation. Exceptional stay! It’s all about personnel! FERNANDO & ANNA, front desk. RAFAEL, SLS personal driver. MELVIN, pool guru. LUIS, food/bev director. Attentive service! I arrived early at 930am; had requested early check in time to Freshen up and prepare for my business meetings. No problem, it was low season and I was accommodated with an upgrade corner unit with a city view. The room is very well decorated. with an exceptional dual head shower; a rainfall overhead shower that will have you feeling you are under a waterfall in Maui! The king bed was extremely comfortable with great firm support and fluffy pillows. The SLS provides local car service up to two miles away. And the is no better driver than Rafael, a local resident of Miami for nearly 40yrs; great guy. The food options were top notch. I’m in the food industry with a picky taste for only high quality food. And the SLS didn’t disappoint. Exceptional sushi options, delightful fusion dishes with flavors from the far East, Latin America, and the Mediterranean! And finally make checkout was smooth and effortless. My flight out of Miami was at 9pm. The SLS provided me a gym pass to shower and change prior to my departure. In all my stay was top notch; great swanky boutique hotel; and ABSOLUTELY TREMENDOUS SERVICE! Thanks SLS! I will be back soon!

Weekend in SoBe Had planned a visit to South Beach (I used to live there, live in Palm Beach now) to see friends for some time. Unfortunately, the place where I board my dog had to cancel so I had to find a hotel that was pet friendly and would accommodate an English Bulldog. The SLS not only accommodated us, but was a fantastic stay. Everyone was friendly on top of the room being wonderful, along with great restaurants (Katsuya, Bar Centro). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with pets. It’s a great location (one block from Lincoln Road). I’d even bring my kids for a future visit, there were a lot of families also staying. Highly recommend!!
