WORSE HOTEL slept in the hottest room for 2 out of my 3 night stay after having to fork up an extra grand at checkin because they do not inform you that fees are due upfront prior to receiving room key. contacted management 6 times about the temperature in the room to which it was never fixed. finally after showing up in the lobby naked in a bath towel they understood the importance of the heat i was dealing with....although the manager Sammy did come to my room to confirm the heat, told me he will follow up with me and then left for the day not telling any one anything of the situation which put me back at square one. I have been trying to contact Ayla, the other manager for two days now in regards the the room comp for one night that i was supposed to receive, even emailed her personal email, guest services and the thinkhospitality itself but no one seems to return communication there. i would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Great customer service!!! Highly recommend WOW!! Ayla the manager was great, exellent customer service and very helpful when you needed something. She and her co workers were very nice and had a great customer service! We had a great time for staying at this hotel. Very close to the Miami beach and everything else around it. Perfect location. Highly recommended. We will be back for sure!

This was a four-day Miami get-a-way for me and my wife. Our first visit to the city. The two best things about this hotel are the price (among the lowest we could find)... and the location, which is ideal. Other than that, it was a disappointing experience. The art deco design is cute, but the walls are paper thin. We were awakened by people in the hallways late at night, banging on neighboring doors, and what seemed to be an argument in the room immediately adjacent to ours. Also, using Covid as the excuse, there was no room service or linen changing for the four nights we occupied the room. What made the experience acceptable was its proximity to the beach (just a one-block walk to the east... and the fact that what may be the best restaurant in all of South Miami Beach (The Orange Blossom) is right next door. Exceptional food. Please try it.

We had a great time! This is my second time staying at South Beach. I love it. From reading other reviews I guess I got lucky...Our room overlooking the courtyard was nice. Make sure you ask for a courtyard view. . Linens were comfortable. We slept well. We love the Orange Blossom. Ate outside everyday and indulged on the bottomless mimosas. The free breakfast was good. The hotel is only 2 blocks from Miami Beach and that was great. All staff were accomodating and friendly. (hello Pierre1) It was a great home base for visiting our daughter. Will definately come back for our next Miami trip. Thanks for a wonderful trip. Mary and Bill

Not clean Cons: First room had a ceiling leak, stained walls, and a missing mirror. The second room was better, but the towels were stained. The property itself smelled musty, the hallways were dark, and the carpets had stains on them. Pros: Good location/walkable to the beach, nice rooftop pool, great on-site restaurant. The beach staff were also amazing, ensured we had what we needed to enjoy a day in the sun.
