A charming boutique hotel with lots of character and excellent service. Staying at The Betsy was a great experience, because of the ambiance (eg. art, live music), the 5* service of the amazing staff and the good location. Everyone of the team, including the front desk, concierge, lobby bar, swimming pool at the rooftop, housekeeping was wonderful. They are all friendly, welcoming and helpful and go above and beyond to provide top notch service.

Fantastic coffee We stopped by with the whole family to get some coffee and it was fantastic. Char at Panther made the best iced cappuccinos and iced lattes! Seriously the best espresso drinks we’ve had in years. And the lobby is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Best coffee ever This was the BEST coffee of my entire life. Would 10000% go back and get another. Char made that cup taste like it was poured straight from heaven. It was so good I had to go back for seconds and even my family was so in love. Char was so kind and patient too with our kids and made us feel very welcomed. _

Great stay at the Betsy Very nice hotel and the staff was super friendly and helpful, I would come back and would highly recommend This hotel They Upgraded to a double suite because we came in the off season and they saw that we were a family of 4. Very cool photos of the Beatles and Rolling Stones in the hallways. The story is they both stayed here and left rolls of film that the hotel developed and made prints

The Betsy: A Luxurious Literary Stay on Miami Beach A beautiful, luxurious hotel with a warm and accommodating staff. Art, books, music, and ocean? What more could one want? Juan and Evans were unbelievably gracious and hospitable during my stay, making sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. Delicious food, too! The best French fries I’ve ever had.
