Great location and staff Checkin was fast and efficient. Information given and friendly. Room - clean and modern room with great a/c that was serviced daily with towels and linen changed. Coffee maker and fridge plus robes. Plenty of towels provided. Pool - great staff who provide covers and towels for chairs. Stunning views over ocean drive. Overall a clean modern hotel with friendly staff in a good location. Would recommend for a stay in south beach.

Great location We booked the hotel through our airline for our 3 nights in Miami beach. The check in was good and the guy at reception gave us lots of useful ideas of things to go and see. The room was a good size as was the bathroom with some nice original furnishings but being a basic room we overlooked the alley at the back of the hotel which had a bright security light on all night. Everything was very clean and the bed was great. The rooftop pool was fine and we had great views of the beach from up there, took advantage of the happy hour. We try the food at the hotel or the main bar. The hotel is in a great place just block back from Ocean drive. The only fly in the ointment was the $25 per day resort fee which wasn’t highlighted by the airline.

Great Hotel The staff was super professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The food was also great. A few restaurants had a discount available for guest staying at the Tonys. A special thank you to the pool bar staff!

Nice hotel & good location Good hotel with art deco designs, very clean & well equipped. Easy check in and out with pleasant & helpful staff. Great roof top pool area with towels supplied and on beach too towels and beds free. Had to pay extra for shade. Gym very small & minimum equipped would benefit from more exercise equipment to improve. Breakfast was on offer but didn’t choose to take. Bedsheets were dirty on arrival and had 2 holes in, did mention to reception and these were changed. I did leave items of clothing in room which after numerous calls and contact finally had responses and they were located and I collected a few days later. Would recommend this hotel and visit again.

NO NO NO we arrived at the hotel at 20. i tried to enter but the door was locked. I quietly knocked on the glass door and make eye contact with 4 people sitting on their mobiles behind the front desk. NO ONE GET UP OR DO ANYTHING. I keep knocking because I have to go in the door and then look for a button, as you might need to use this to get in touch with the front desk. it ends up that several guests have noticed that I have stood confused in front of the door and they have GOT UP in the middle of their dinner. I'M LOCKED IN BY A HOTEL GUEST! when I finally get in front of the front desk, I'm just looked at. I am asking if anyone wants to help me. 2 of the employees disappear and 2 Spanish-speaking girls are left on their mobiles. they speak Spanish and stay on their mobiles. I then slap my hand on the table and one looks and sighs. I HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE THE FIRST DAY THAT IN THE EVENING WE LOOKED AT OTHER HOTEL SOLUTIONS.
