Ripped off, avoid this place. Booked an upgraded room with a balcony view. View was covered in scaffolding, netting, with plywood and trash all over the place. There was no view. Asked for some sort of partial refund to at least the price of the less expensive room and they outright denied it. Also, the parking was a nightmare. Don't stay there if you are renting a car.

Fabulous experience from beginning to end! We stayed here for 3 nights before our cruise. As soon as we walked in, I loved the vibe of the place! The pink pool table and pink and green print furniture were fabulous! When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised to find out that they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite. The room was great!! We had an adorable sitting area with a separate bedroom. I love the whole aesthetic of this hotel. Unfortunately it rained all day during 2 of our days. We were only able to use the pool and beach on the first day. Again, I loved the whole set up. My only complaint is the pool was pretty filthy. It needs a very good cleaning! I would also love to shout out the amazing staff here. Rose was phenomenal as was Denzel! The maintenance guy was also wonderful! Unfortunately, I did not catch his name. Everyone was always ready with a smile and helped with anything we needed. We loved this hotel and we will definitely be back! They really added to our stay in a positive way! The location also can’t be beat!

Poolside Cabana This review is solely based on the pool side service my friend and I received. First of all, George the manager is amazing. It’s rare to find those in the hospitality business that would go far and beyond for the customer. From the moment we arrived he made sure that the accommodations was comfortable. We purchased a beachside cabana but due to strong winds, he put us poolside. Wallace was our server and he was very attentive from the beginning to end. Now if you are looking for a poolside with no kids. This may not be the place for you. The hotel is family oriented. As for the decor. Once we walked into the building it had that old Palm Beach feel, which I loved. Next time we will book a room. All because of the great hospitality that was displayed that day.

Great Hospitality The perfect boutique hotel and pool if your looking for good food and drinks. Purchased a day pass on resort pass. The manager George was very accommodating to our request, he provided the best customer experience. Wallace was our waiter he was amazing. I'll definitely be returning back.
