VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!! I came from Belize Cental America and arrived at this placed on April 13th 2024 around 10.30pm. To recount this horrible experience, its start with the security guard who was not welcoming and just look at you in a strange manner. The front desk people try their best but the rooms just seems old. I got a suite with one bedroom and sofa bed and despite making request to have the sofa bed done prior to arrival it was not done. Upon attempting to making the sofa bed by us, notice it was all damaged and had to request a room change. The other room was a normal room with standard two beds. The beds made screeching noise just laying down and everything just smell funky and weird. I would not like to say more than just say please KEEP AWAY from this hotel as I had to abruptly change this hotel and they still charge me 2 nights out of the 4 nights. I consider it to be a scam and was planning to do a charge back on my credit card as they pose differently on their website misguiding you to stay there. It seems this place is run more like a Motel with funny couples staying in those rooms. Please take my recommendation serious!!!

Worst hotel ever - place should be demolished STAY AWAY from this place. Read the reviews and believe them please!!! The place is VERY CREEPY. The hotel construction’s is deplorable and EVERYTHING is in bad condition. You will find dirt and holes everywhere. We could not stay more than 10 minutes here and gladly lost the money of the reservation. The parking was creepy to the max - like in a cage and you need to call using a very dirty chained phone to the front desk to open an old iron door to get in. The garage itself only is just creepy to start. When you walk from a garage door to the hotel, the appearance of the place looks like if you are walking into an old and dirty apartment building, very strange. There was marihuana smell everywhere on the hallways. When we got to the room, we had to run away scared through the hallways at that point praying to get to the car safe. There were holes on the floor of the room covered with a mat that was full of holes too and all destroyed and dirty. The smell was weird. We did not sien a whole minute there. The photos that are posted are not true. This place is a SCAM. I would not stay even if it was free. We ran away scared from it. We came as a last minute necessity as we painted the house and the smell was too strong in our house. We needed to spend the night out. Arrived at 10:00 pm and left the hotel at 10:11 pm: it was an 11 minute of a HORRIBLE AND SCARY, experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR PENNY HERE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Terrible. 8:30am sharp all the way to the afternoon banging on doors for house keeping. Jesus Christ sleep is impossible. Even if you get the Do Not Disturb sign they bang on the next door next to you if they don’t have it waking you up. Then there loud carts all through the hall way to let you know they are around. Not everyone in the god dam hotel needs a wake up call.

Not Recommended You get what you pay for…the place is so deteriorated: smelly, broken tv shelf, curtains not secured . We slept on squeaky cots not beds. Walls were too thin we could hear conversations coming from both sides of the room. No garage elevators.
