Trump National Doral Miami

If you don’t golf, don’t bother I was able to use the facilities and was grateful I wasn’t a paying guest. The pool is lovely and the service was on brand. Super expensive, but that’s to be expected. The gym was sad. All Of the equipment I used was broken in some way. I managed to get a peloton to work, but it couldn’t be adjusted so my upper body was off balance. The worst experience was the spa. I travel a lot and always visit the spa for some me time. I can honestly say this was the most disappointing spa experience ever. I should have known that would be the case when I had to pay (tip included) BEFORE the service. The only reason to be here is the facilities. Except, They came and got me early for me treatment, so I didn’t have time to relax and enjoy. The treatment was okay. The best part was the heated head rest. The most disappointing part was the $35 scalp treatment. She rubbed my head for two minutes and called it good. Save your money and find a local spa that doesn’t hide behind the big name.

Rude order taker in Room service This is a beautiful hotel. I have stayed in many hotels and none of them could compare to this one. Went to champions spectacular service. I’m Truly upset with one thing in particular. I ordered room service and not only was he rude and raising his voice. He simply didn’t care about giving me service. His name is ISRAEL. I remembered his name. I don’t know why you guys have him as an order taker. Really sad how you have people working like that. That totally ruined my experience here.

Awesome resort Great stay at Trump Doral. Incredible resort, top notch service and the room was immaculate. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great getaway. Plenty to do and many dining options.

Trump National Doral Needs More Than 5 Stars Trump National Doral remains the greatest resort experience I have ever had the literal pleasure to enjoy. Mickael Damelincourt, the managing director, does an absolutely amazing job and is kind, calm, cool and gracious. Ana Eiso (or Eijo, I’m not certain which) is 79 and a server at TND—and could not be more warm, outgoing and delightful. She is a treasure and a fantastic ambassador for a fabulous property.

Simply unmatched value! Fantastic! Phenomenal! Exceptional! 1) Service was outstanding from arrival to check out-thank you David, Elvis, Klaus and Denise for your kindness. 2) Food was incredibly good. Trump burger was the best I’ve ever had at 56 years old. Biltmore was a close second but more expensive. Also try chopped Cobb salad at the pool, vegan mousse from the marketplace, Thai chicken wraps and the charcuterie from the late night menu were delicious AND THEN there is the breakfast buffet-superior food and service (thank you Denise!) TIP: grab a cup of mojito water in the lobby along with the recipe-delicious and refreshing! 3) Room was spotlessly clean with impressive extras: magnifying, lighted mirror in the bathroom, lavazza pod coffee maker for our coffee snob, cork screw, champagne and wine glasses, real coffee cups. Bed was the most comfortable in all our many travels-2 regular down pillows and a Euro pillow per person. Honestly as comfortable as my own bed! Also extensive room service menu on the T.V. and almost instant delivery of FRESH food. 4) Pool-only had time to hop in the palm pool which has a 125 foot slide. Wonderful for a soak after travelling. IF ALL THAT ISN’T ENOUGH, at around 8 pm see were sipping wine on the patio, the FIREWORKS started! Yes I said fireworks. For 10 minutes. It was amazing-so much so that when we checked out today I changed my reservation for our return trip and we’ll get to put a Trumpian exclamation mark on our vacation this year. I can’t say enough about our experience and we will this will be our go to when in Miami. I know others say it’s expensive and I do understand that but the value you get for what you pay is unmatched!
