Please fix the elevators! I stayed at the Embassy Suites for one night. We are rewards members. We paid 250.00 for a suite that was on the premium floor. It was a very nice room. It had plenty of space ans very comfortable. The beds were great! The room package came with two cocktails and breakfast. Your drink choices were Rum Punch or Margarita. They were pre-made. At breakfast, you had a choice of bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereal, a fresh omlette bar, yogurt, fresh bananas, and juices. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to write home about but not bad either. I have two complaints. The first was that they only had 5 very small elevators and two of them were out of service. During the crowded times it took a long time to get to/from your floor. My second complaint is that the hotel is literally next to Miami International Airport. We were able to hear every plane that took off. This went on late into the night and started very early in the morning. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest, this might not be the place for you. If, however, you are taking a flight and don't mind the noise, give Embassy Suites a try. The pictures I posted are the view from my room.

Best motel stay EVER First time staying and I was IMPRESSED with the ALL the accommodations. The people are over attentive and approachable. IM HOOKED. No photos but trust me, definitely worth it. Oh, the bartender is heavy handed lol____________

Never book non refundable room! Booked to stay at the hotel on Oct 4-5 and prepaid through Expedia with a non refundable room. After I paid with my credit card I realized that I had book Set 30 to Oct 1 and not Oct 4-5. Spent 5 days almost begging the hotel to change the reservation to Oct 4-5 and they would not budge an inch even though there was a cost difference and they would have made more money. I know I should have be more cautious and had checked the dates but now the hotel has received my $215.00 and I am out that amount. Now they can rent out that room again making double for that one night. Guess I will be more cautious when booking a room next time and it wont be with this hotel.

The experience was awesome And enjoyable you make staying at your hotel a blessing. Had A very great experience. Had a great time and enjoyable experience all the staff there was nice when I called. They took care of our needs. There wasn’t any time. Wait getting in the room or leaving out of the room and riding the shuttle was a great experience as well. You guys take your time and make your customers happy with their stay there is continue to do things that you do and continue to lift up your staff and thank you for having us stay at your hotel .

Embassy Suit Miami airport BEST STAFF The Staff in this hotel is AWESOME!!! The text service that they provide is the BEST!!! Actual people that respond in a very timely manner, I would say fast, Yamelin just one of the actual people is THE BEST!!! Never saw these people face to face but can only imagine they smile ear to ear _ thank you again embassy suit staff!!!
