Extended Stay America Premier Suites Miami Downtown Brickell

Couldn't ask for more! As a first timer in Miami, I can say this hotel did nothing but elevate my stay. The hospitality of the front desk and cleaning crew made me feel welcomed at all times. The hotel is near many grocery stores, restaurants, parks, beaches and shopping centers for plenty of leisure around the neighborhood. Not to mention everything is within walking distance and the streets/sidewalks make it all accommodating for walking. If you wish not to walk, they have plenty of electric scooter stations around, making transportation easy around the city. The rooms themselves are very nice. Plenty of storage space, roomy environments, comfortable beds, decent sized refrigerators with a freezer compartment, stove tops (dishes, pots, silverware, cutting boards, etc are all offered upon request to the front desk), hardwood floors, and plenty of towels. Housekeeping always does an exceptional job making the room feel as if u hadn't been staying in it for a couple days/weeks lol. Nevertheless, I've more than loved my stay here and would 100% stay here again upon revisiting!

Worst and pathetic experience ever I stayed here for 8 nights which were probably the worst stay ever at any hotel. The staff was so arrogant and non supportive they hardly answer any query or address any calls at front desk if u ever need to talk. Grab and go breakfast is just a sort of formality to charge extra for breakfast. Location is outside of the downtown. Not recommended if you want a peaceful and unforgettable experience for all good reasons.

Over Price and not quite what it looks like online Our flight got canceled and with a shortage of available hotel rooms, i found this hotel. Online it looked large, modern, clean and in a good area. When Uber got off the highway it started to get scary. The hotel did not look like it's online pictures. The employee was actually very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. For $500 though it was way over priced especially asking other people who stayed there what they paid. It was a bit noisy but the bed was super comfortable. Rooms are clean but not in a good area that you can walk to anything.
