Very nice place to stay...but know what to expect. Nice hotel. I would certainly stay here again. But it's not for everyone. This place is more like staying in a normal apartment building. It functions as a hotel AND residence (and AirBNB). So if you're looking for a traditional luxury hotel experience, this is not quite it. The apartments/suites nice....super clean and stocked with everything you might need. The location is kind of in the cut in the downtown Brickell area of Miami. Not close to South Beach...so don't be fooled. This is NOT a beach hotel. But I prefer the Brickell area over Miami Beach, so I was fine with it. But I met some people that thought they'd be super close to the beach...and they were a bit disappointed. Everyone is really nice. All the staff was helpful and informative. No problems there. A lot of the rooms have a decent view of the bay. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and nightclubs and other hotels in the area. Brickell is similar to Manhattan, NY. Tall bldgs and business folks...and trendy. Pool is clean and has a laid back atmosphere. Not a party pool scene like a lot of other Miami hotels. Perfect for me. Certainly stay here if you're on an extended stay and want more than just a hotel room. You essentially get a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment to stay in. But understand this is a much different experience than staying at The W, of The East, The Hilton or any other 4 star hotel you might think of.

I recommend this hotel We had a fun weekend in Miami, and booking this hotel was the best decision, clean and spacious rooms, with kitchen and balcony. Everything was walking distance and SB is only 20 min. And the most amikable personal ever. We will be back.

Overrated if you are used to clean and classy hotel, FH is not your place because you will be disappointed. I mean the people are nice. Don't get me wrong, the place is not trash, but if you like classy and cleanness, don't say I did not warn you. I found two roaches (level 27). These roaches must have been very resourceful to get up to the 27th level. Some people may like the place. Again, if you are used to classy, nice and clean hotels, do not book at FH. I just ended up realizing that you get what you paid for.

No longer a hotel. Be prepared to mop and clean by yourself I found the apartments - suites very good, and the location is also prime if you want to be in brickell area. Building is also clean and well appointed, it is a mix of condo residences and hotel- like rooms My main complaint is that, with the excuse of the corona prevention measures, they don’t make the rooms anymore, they just leave you fresh towels and pick up the trash deposited in the room s wastebaskets, on a daily basis when you request. They should advise this highly unusual policy, loud and clearly specially if they are charging north of 500 usd per night In the Booking.com page which I used, they simply say that “some services will not be available “. This is normal in other hotels nowadays , but usually those services are not basic service in a hotel, like the daily room cleaning . At some hotels they have some conditions for that, like asking for the room to be made, or day in day out making of room. Even This last restriction I found reasonable, but to not offer making the rooms not any day of your stay is frankly unacceptable in a hotel or even serviced apartments When I claimed about this, they said that in the fine print that you have to sign when checking in, it is stated that because of the corona they no longer offer cleaning of rooms. That is a con-business kind of practice; not a serious business thing to do, much less in a supposed luxury hotel operation. I felt scammed, and with my family of 3 children the hassle of moving into another hotel was not a practical option for a 6 days stay I resorted to check out and make another booking at the middle of the stay, so as to force them to move me into another room, which of course had to be completely refreshed if I was to make a new check in. Only then, the management accepted to completely clean and refresh our room. That is ridiculous Imagine yourself in an expensive vacation, having to clean bathrooms, mop and broom floors, and make the beds. And don’t come with corona prevention crap to me. I have to travel frequently and if it is true that during the peak of the corona crisis (spring of 2020) many hotels suspended dayly cleaning service, that is something that changed many months ago. In the last 4 months I have stayed at hotels by marriott, Hyatt, mandarin, Hilton, sbe and Sofitel, all of them major operators that set the standards, and not even a single one of them have this restriction. Even a 120 usd per night residence inn that I used in February has dayly cleaning service ! So, I would stay there again only when and if they change that absurd policy of not making the rooms. Until then, buyers beware! Call the hotel before booking and ask them if they insist in asking you to mop the room and clean the bathroom instead of enjoying your vacation
