Antiquated Elevators rickety and SLOWWWW, the slowest i've tried ever. Room and hallway carpets are dirty Breakfast buffet only available at Marina's grill for 26 usd per head. Bottled water at the room for 5 usd, NOT complimentary. One tiny bottle of shampoo to be shared by 3 long-haired women. Check in was kinda slow, the attendant polite and cold. The only good thing is the location. Its a 2min walk to Ross and cvs.

STAY AWAY!!! The photos are VERY deceiving. The room was so old, wiring coming out of the walls, broken outlets, a broken phone, stains on the duvet, hair in the sheets, a disgusting shower. I didn’t even want to take my shoes off! Additionally, the WiFi was completely broken. When I asked at the front desk, the representative was not even apologetic and did not offer any ideas for a place I could go to use some WiFi. Please stay far away from this place!!!!

Cockroach infested, sweltering hell hole What can I say? This is the most busted, janky, disgusting, sweltering hell hole I’ve ever had to stay in. The good: they gave me 2 free beer coupons. Too bad I couldn’t get drunk enough off the Michelob Ultras to forget this horrendous place. The bad: -check in was a nightmare. We arrived early and asked to store our luggage and use the pool so my kids could burn off some energy and SURPRISE! No pool anymore! If I’d known this I never would have booked here as I knew we’d be arriving too early to check in. -The hotel is sweltering. I guess saunas are very popular right now, but it was definitely NOT what we were looking for. Possibly good if you are an iguana, I suppose? -COCKROACHES in the bathroom _ -The shower did not drain at all -the phone did not work -we went down to the front desk 3 times for sheets for the pull out couch and the front desk lady said “Sorry, I’M NOT dealing with housekeeping.”….. ok??? But can I get my sheets? She said “I’m sure they’ll get to it eventually” -which beings me to the front desk staff who were rude and unhelpful. We were only staying for 1 night before our trip otherwise I absolutely would be going somewhere else. I am a platinum elite member and I know that this was a free room booked with points, but I have always had a good stay at holiday inns until today. I am likely cancelling my credit card and switching off IHG as a result of this atrocious experience. Seriously STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Just pay more money and go somewhere that’s not so disgusting

Not what it used to be Stayed for a pre cruise night in July2024. Have stayed here previously and thought it was great. The location was great being directly across from Bayside marketplace and very close to the cruise port. On this stay, they failed to tell us that they no longer have a pool as it was removed due to construction. Air conditioning was out (88 degrees outside). We were offered and given small room fan which helped very little. Was told we would be compensated when we checked out. Checkout then told us because we went through a 3rd party booking we would have to contact them for compensation. Caution : make sure you book directly through Holiday Inn instead of 3rd party. Contacted Hotel Values .com and After a lot of hassle I received a 10% reduction on my rate_. Many times you will get diverted to a 3rd party booking site without even knowing it. We will continue to stay at Holiday Inn in the future just not this one.

Hotel from hell If I could give Holiday Inn Port of Miami 0 stars, I would. The room smelled like vomit and was incredibly dirty, with dust everywhere. It was extremely run down, with multiple cases of mold around the room. The beds were filled with yellow stains, and there were stains of old food on the table, making it the most disgusting experience we've ever had. We went up to the room and immediately went back down to reception to inform them we would not stay there. To make matters worse, they refused to give us our money back. Absolutely unacceptable.
