HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTNAT TO YOU This is the most frustrating property I've ever had to deal with as a travel agent. I deeply regret booking any rooms there, what a waste of my time trying arrange 4 simple reservations. I called the property a total of 15 times to try and provide a credit card for reservations. Jennae at the desk couldn't have cared or tried less. It was like I was talking to an automated robot on the phone with how little she cared. Both the Sales And Accounting extension didn't work. I called the General Manager and Front Office Manager with no answer. I tried the Front Office Manager cell phone extension and no answer. Reservations kept sending me to Front Office and Front Office kept sending me to Reservations. NO ONE is ever available at this property other than the Front Office team who has doesn't have authority to do much of anything.

Dirty and lacked basic maintenance Very disappointing experience. I booked two rooms for a family vacation. However, we didn’t get the room types that we booked and the rooms were too dirty and lacked of basic maintenance. It is a shame considering that the property is very well located.

Disgusting, filthy, rundown hotel with predatory management Save your money and go somewhere else. To see this hotel rated as a four star is a complete joke. After receiving no compensation for this stay it is clear what a predatory and poorly managed (especially the general manager Raul) property this is. I have stayed in better properties visiting a best western or days inn. I came here for a birthday weekend living somewhat local a few hours away. The reviews and pictures are highly deceptive. The front entrance and hotel lobby are the nicest parts of the entire property. Know before booking that they will charge you a third party booking fee for “cleaning” if you do not book through them. This fee is simply added in to the cost even if you were to book directly through them. This brings me to the complete farce and incompetent excuse for management over this establishment. They operate with complete lack of sanitation or cleanliness. The rooms are disgustingly filthy. The floors are covered in dirt and hair. Dust covers every inch of the room from the beds, to nightstands and baseboards. A dead bug was smashed on the wall and left. The carpets are stained and smell like mildew. The bedding was dirty and had stains as well as some sort of dead bugs that resembled bed bugs. All of the fixtures are rusted and falling apart. Half of the room had no lighting with wires hanging out. All of this from a supposed “four star hotel”. It is complete irony they charge a cleaning fee as it is the main ineptitude from this establishment. I have reported you to the Florida health department and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. I hope they close you down for all the predatory acts you have taken, charging guests for filth and not rectifying your issues.

Our home away from home! Excellent stay from checking in with Obi Ramirez at the front desk--welcoming and eager to make sure our stay would be pleasant. When we checked out, we again had the opportunity to have Obi at the front desk, and he extended us a warm farewell. On both occasions, Jaime was there and as he has in the past, greeted us warmly and when we checked out, asked when we would return! We also spent an enjoyable evening at the Chop House with Yunior, who we remembered from previous visits. We could not have been more pleased with our menu selections and Yunior's engaging and customer-friendly style!

Not as advertised, dirty feeling and uncomfortable The overall atmosphere was disappointing and uncomfortable. My discomfort was palpable, making it challenging to unwind in such unsanitary conditions. Despite the kindness of the staff, who were friendly and engaging, the pervasive dirtiness overshadowed any positive interaction. Upon arrival, the lack of privacy became evident when I found the neighboring guest smoking on their connected patio to the room I was in. This lack of seclusion was unexpected and added to the discomfort. Exhausted from a lengthy flight, I reluctantly settled into a second room. However, the reality of the accommodations did not match the photos provided. The furniture was visibly stained, scratched, and outdated, resembling items found at a yard sale. Even the bathroom, a space meant for cleanliness, had a distinctly unclean aura, making me hesitant to walk barefoot in the shower. The elevator's strong chemical odor only exacerbated the unpleasant experience, forcing me to hold my breath during each ride. While the presence of decent kitchens was noted, the absence of essentials like pots and pans in my room was disappointing. It pains me to express these shortcomings, especially considering the genuine efforts of the staff to maintain the establishment. However, the glaring disparities between the advertised photos and the actual conditions highlight a significant discrepancy. It's evident that the property is not living up to its promotional materials, and urgent updates are needed to accurately reflect its current state. They do have signs to promote eco friendly environment which I appreciate, provide a small packet of dish soap and sponge, and they are good size with large living room, dining table and a NOT private patio.
