Wonderful service from Boston! I spent one week in the month of May and the service from the breakfast staff was great. Boston paid attention to details, ensured that I had breakfast and my regular cup of green tea along with orange or pineapple juice. He was polite, respectful and quite mannerly. I remember going for breakfast on Saturday and I was told that it was his day off. I was a bit sad because he brought a unique and personalized approach to service seeing that his was familiar with my breakfast orders after the second day. I had a different server I believe his name was Ernesto and he was friendly as well. My room had a street view, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The front desk staff was accommodating especially the lady at the night desk. The food at the restaurant was not the very best. It lacked a personalized touch (flavourful seasonings). I believe that this can be addressed given that persons from different cultures and geographical locations stay at your hotel. I will suggest a review of your menu. Also, one of the ladies who worked at the bar messed up my order and was very push off about it. However, her male colleague intervened and resolved the issue immediately.

Best staff and venue! I just spent the weekend here and I had such a great time! I was on a recognition business trip with my company MONAT and it was such a perfect venue to have it. From the nice rooms, ballroom, and bar, to the easy parking, pool area and the staff, I loved it! I have to give a special shout out to the front desk staff especially Lynette. She was such a joy, so helpful, and made me and my bestie feel so welcomed. Thank you for the experience!!!! XoXo, JoJo

Great place, would stay again anytime! Stayed here as a result of a recommendation from a family member. Conrad was kind and effective in checking us in and the room was clean, large and quite nice. Everyone from the bellman to the ladies in the breakfast suite were just fabulous. Sadly we were only there for a flight layover. We actually stayed here on two separate occasions within 8 days and I am so glad we did. Breakfast was excellent too!

Outstanding customer service Excellent facilities, nice location and a great staff that strives to fulfill every client request. Customer service is simply OUTSTANDING. I booked two rooms for a family vacation and really enjoyed our time there. This will be our hotel of choice in the Miami Doral area.

Incredible experience at check in and overall stay When we arrived we were welcomed by Connrad at the front desk. Honestly, as a very well traveled individual I have never been so welcomed and treated so well when checking into a hotel. He by far was a 10 star Guest Service Agent. He made our stay!
